My wife and I golf twice a week and we played this course in mid September. WOW!The course is so well maintained and it is a tough freaking course. One of the those par 5s on the back nine was one of the toughest holes I ever played and I actually celebrated the bogey I got. LOLThe wild birds on the course are so cool and the fountains on some of the holes very pretty. Great practice area and well run by management. I will definitely try to play this one more time before the season ends. Dan Gruszka Confidential MD
This is an Arnold Palmer Signature Design course with great views and a lot of elevation changes, beginning at the first hole. Most greens are very large with reasonable putting surfaces. Green speeds are above average. Many greens are protected by water in front or to the side. Pace of play on a Saturday morning was 4 hours and 15 minutes. The bag drop is not staffed. You then carry and put your clubs on one of the available, dirty golf carts. The pro shop has very little merchandise. Many fairway bunkers were not in good condition, with many rocks.
Excellent Arnold Palmer design that will test all your clubs and ability. Outstanding layout with a number of signature holes. Well worth the drive to Fenton to play this course.
The Coyote Preserve is like golfing at a 5 star course up north without the travel! It's a fun, challenging course but can be played by golfers of all skill levels due to the number of tee boxes and placements. The driving range and practice green is in great shape along with the rest of the course.
Played here with my wife, niece and nephew, we really enjoyed the course, it's a beautiful layout, many challenging holes, we had a great time.
Why drive up north to play golf when you have a great course nearby. You have your hills and valleys, water, wild life and out in the woods.
This Arnold Palmer signature course is a golf experience not to be missed! I have played the majority of public upscale courses in the Detroit area and SE Michigan, and this layout is definitely my favorite. The course is absolutely beautiful and has lots of spectacular views and elevation changes. The conditions were outstanding the day we played, and my out of town visitors were very impressed, We had a woman in our foursome and she said the Red Tees played very fair. This course is pretty challenging and has lot of ways to get you in trouble with errant shots and it definitely requires your "A" game. However, it is also very playable for all level of golfers and you can post some good scores here with solid iron play. Holes 16, 17, and 18 are stunning and my favorite 3 holes in a row anywhere (other than 11, 12 and 13 at Arcadia Bluffs) and they are a great way to close out your round! The Coyote Preserve is right off US23 as you head Up North and it is DEFINITELY worth the time to stop and play a round.here. I would highly recommended this track!!
a great course with views and challenge. A little drive, but well worth it.
