Coming full circle to its beginnings as a lifve-performance (vaudeville) theatre, this building hosts top-notch PROFESSIONAL theater productions along with national musical performances. Don't pass by this place thinking it is "community theater" or you will be disappointed you missed something great in this river town!Get on the mailing list today or go to the website to see what's in store for you in 2014. My family has lived in this area for a long, long time. It is wonderful to have this level of arts and performances in our area! Locals can choose to attend event here without driving an hour and paying for parking. Visitors to the area and lake-home owners can be pleasantly surprised to find such quality in such a rural setting!

I was surprised to see Equity professional theatre in such a small town and jumped at the chance to attend a play (re-planned my vacation on the spot). The theatre itself is an old, old building and you will need to plan ahead to avoid stairs (there is a ramp option if you ask). It was a very enjoyable evening, and if I'm ever in the area again I will be sure to attend other performances. It's very easy to get tickets and the staff is super friendly.

Have attended many performances at the St. Croix Festival Theatre and mostly been pleased with the quality of the performances. The music series are excellent. The plays have been mixed but I am glad to see them moving away from some of the plays which feature a lot of cross dressing (Tuna series, for example) and into some more challenging offerings like Man of La Mancha and The Foreigner. Hopefully as there remodeling plans proceed, the theatre will offer even more contempory selections which appeal to a wider audience.

I really like the music series at Festival but have attended several of their productions as well. I have never been disappointed.The staff here is excellent. Always welcoming and never have any difficulties ordering or picking up tickets. They even answer phone messages!

A wide variety of entertainment all excellently presented. Unexpected pleasure in a small river town.

This old theater has a homey feel to it and the staff is so friendly. You can get tickets for music productions, musicals or plays. All the productions I've attended have been of excellent quality.
