Burt Reynolds Park is a little hard to find right off Rt. 1 in Jupiter. If you miss the turn you have to go over the bridge and retrace. No big deal, but tricky. Adequate parking and a nice boating site. Still it is a small park and well used.
Great setting to get together with friends for social fun!Several picnic tables, nice rest rooms (running water), grills, plenty of parking, near the water so that you can watch the boats go by, or launch your own!
Great place to visit if you are looking to relax and picnic by the water. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Close to West Palm Beach Jupiter is a great community with attractions beaches and great family parks like this one. Lots of free space for family or groups picnic pavilions kids slides and boat launches on the river. Enjoy.
This park, situated on the water, is a nice place to go for fishing, swimming, or sunning. It was named after the actor Burt Reynolds, a local native son.
The park has great green area, with nice paved roads. But mainly used by cars. Big green areas seem to have a parking destination.
A very small park that has some paved paths and a few trees. Good visibility from the highway, but not much of a destination compared to other parks in the area. A1A is dotted with State Parks that lead to the beach ad provide many more accommodations. This park would be good as a brief stop to check your maps or GPS, but not a destination. We stopped on our way to the Jupiter Inlet Light and Blowing rocks Park.
This was a good sized park with lots of paved pathways to walk or jog. Lots of shading and greenery/palms. Nothing else to speak of, such as tables, vending machines, etc. However, the park was very pretty.
I came all the way from Oregon to Visit Reynolds B Park, and it was quite a treat. Lots of dogs running around. I met this yellow looking one whose name was Clark and he was friendly. Overall had a great time and would invite everyone to come back for the one year anniversary of me visiting this park party next year!
Not much to do there. The grounds are well kept but other than that it's just a hot (sweaty hot) place to hang out.
It's a good boat launch, and a pleasant park to have a picnic lunch in. The main draw is that the tables are situated along a tributary to the Intracoastal, so it is a bit scenic at most tables, some not so much. There are restrooms and a little boardwalk along the water. It's smallish but there is a museum in the park to check out while you are there.
I visted this pleasant park but about a mile away is the Burt Reynolds & Friends Museum located at 100 North US Highway 1. I really enjoyed seeing the items from his movies such as a canoe from Deliverance and the many many photos from famous friends such as Gene Autry and Frank Sinatra with their personalised notes written to Burt.
If you are looking to spend the day out on the water and want to tackle the Jupiter inlet (local knowledge is needed in seas), BR park is a nice spot to drop her in the water. Pretty good parking on the west side of the road, tons more on the east side, facilities, close proximity to the ICW or inlet and for that matter, you can just put around or even kayak the quiet backwaters nearby too. I have never had a problem with my truck or trailer here in terms of breakins or theft but your mileage may vary. Safe boating all...
Park has several boat ramps, which are close to the Jupiter inlet. If you use the ramps east of US Hwy. 1 note the fixed bridge. Not much else going for this park even though it is on the water.
Loved the memorabilia--could've used more descriptions/explanations of some of the photos/items, for those of us who are just a little too young to remember Burt's glory years. Loved the notes from Jack Lemmon!
