Great inshore fishing with Captain Jon. He made sure we were on fish. Our son caught our limit of red fish had a ball catching snook!!! Then the Tide Tables restaurant blackened and fried up some of our catch and it was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thanks Jon!

My family and I booked a trip a couple of months ago and oh my.....did we ever catch some awesome fish! Captain Jon is a phenomenal fisherman. He was pure joy to watch what he was doing, very experienced in what he does! I highly recommend Highliners Charter for your next inshore fishing experience!

Our day started w/ a canceled deep sea trip b/c of rough seas so we took a chance and called Capt John to see if he was available for an inshore trip and he was! We got his name from a tourist brochure so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, especially b/c we are fairly novice fishermen and not from this area. I cannot speak highly enough about John and his service! We immediately got out onto the water in his clean and simply stocked boat and headed to our 1st destination. Right off the bat we caught big snook and if things weren't biting, he would quickly move us to an area w/ more action. In the end, the fishing was great and John's attentive service and patience w/ those of us that weren't the best was amazing. He never made you feel like you were a bother...at all. After our trip we returned back to the dock where John filleted our catch for us (trout, flounder and snapper).If you are in the area and looking for a fun and fruitful inshore trip, Capt John and the Highliner are the way to go! We will be back for Snook season ;)

We booked a last minute charter with Highliner today and lucky for us, they were available. We went out with John for an inshore fishing trip and he was an amazing guide. He took us to some great fishing spots and we hooked snook, flounder, mackerel, jacks, trout and snapper. More important than the actual catch, John is the epitome of customer service. He keeps bait on your hook, an eye on your line and if you're not tracking fish, he'll do anything he can to put you on them. After that, it's up to you to catch them.John is very personable and having been on a few charters in my time, the captain can really dictate how enjoyable the trip is. If John has anything to do with it, you're going to have fun. He even kept us out longer than our slotted time frame and it was a great time. I highly recommend this inshore trip or any trip with John on Highliner...
