i went here during a recent visit to the hunter valleythe sparkling rose is the best I've ever had, tasted of summer strawberries and the dessert wine is out of this worldi had the chance to meet ming who was the most charming young lady who clearly has a passion for her worki bought a bottle of her special blend for a friend who said its the best wine they have ever tasted... well done mingif you are in the valley do not miss the chance to stop here you will not regret it....

We had a sensational experience at this quaint location. Spectacular wine tasting agenda and beautiful, welcoming hospitality. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to escape the crowded, commercial wineries. Ming is a knowledgable, beautifully-spoken young lady who is willing to provide you with only the best service!!!

I've spent a great time at there with warm hospitality and very awesome views as well as a very professional attitude by Ming and her father who are managing this family business, I'd say that I've spent there my best time while visiting Australia.

Amazingly high quality wines, their botrytis semillon would easily be one of the best desert wines while their Moscato is definitely the best sparkling wines ever!! Wasn't a big fan of shiraz until I came here. Also try Ming's blend (a mixed wines by their youngest daughter) and get her to sign the bottle if she is around. Hanging tree wines has a stunning view in all directions and the staff there gave me a very warm welcome. Before I walked into their cellar door, I was greeted by their rose garden and the original dwellings of a blacksmith. You'll be lucky to see Vodka (their extremely friendly family dog) swimming in the ponds. Since I stopped by here as a part of my road trip from Brisbane to Melbourne, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to come back home with three boxes of their wines (would get more if I have the space in my car). Their wines would also make a great gift for your friends, college, and family. Unfortunately I had booked an accommodation somewhere else, otherwise I would stay at their homestead. However I promised my fiancée that we will come back here and stay at the homestead for our next holiday with her parents.Highly recommended 10 out of 10.Ps. Bring your camera.
