ferry hill plantation

I was happy to see them open this old plantation house up to the public. Most of the artifacts and things in the house is centered around the C&O canal, which was a great part of the area's history. There is however some of the history of the house included in the self guided exploration of the building. The views from the overlook are spectacular and well worth the visit!
