The theater is so nice now that it has been remolded. Lots of seating and comfortable seats. Great selection from the concession stand.

Since we have no children, we have made it a Christmas tradition to go see a movie. This was our second year. Saw the Hobbit on IMAX, and it was terrific! Seats in the IMAX are comfortable, and the movie experience great!

My husband and I visit here frequently to see the occasional movie. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean. The concessions stand runs smoothly. The staff is hit or miss. Most of them are not very friendly but that isn't too important to us as we're there for the movie.

Many shows available at large theater. Usually clean. Very large parking lot. Convenient location. Food available.

Went to see Hunger Games : Mockingjay part 1 which started at 10:30pm. We arrived early (9:30pm) to get good seats sine it was opening weekend. We were told we could not enter the theater until 10:20pm so we went to the line to get some snacks. While in line the ticket scanning guy was letting people in who were there to see Mockingjay (this one couple was in line for tickets in front of us and we heard what movie tickets they ordered). When we got our snacks we went back to enter and the guy told us we had to wait until 10:20pm. We asked him what about the people in front of us and he said they had VIP passes. We went to sit and wait until 10:20pm. We noticed several people getting their tickets scanned and the guy telling them to enter theater 3 which is what our tickets said. We once again approached the guy and he said we had to wait. We told him we were in theater 3 and heard him directing others to theater 3. He said regardless we still had to wait until 10:20pm. We were startig to get upset and the guy told us we either had to wait or would be asked to leave. We finally waited until 10:20pm and after some rude comment ("looks like you finally learned to wait your turn") from the guy scanning tickets we got in. We entered the theater and it was full!! We had a group of 12 and had to sit completely seperate. I went out to tell the guy the theater was packed and asked why he made us wait until 10:20pm to enter and his response was "maybe next time you'll be more patient and not piss me off". This was a horrible customer service experience and none of us will ever return to this place. Our tickets were a complete waste and we arrived early just to waste our time completely. Regal you really need to work on customer service, what a waste of time at this theater.
