A great place to ease your need for speed. Great family entertainment and a place for the kids to play too!

The thing I liked the most was my youngest was allowed to ride even if his feet didn't reach the peddles. They put a bunch of pillows behind him until he could reach and he was good to go. At Bananas Fun Park he wasn't allowed because he wasn't "tall" enough, and the go carts there aren't "real" go carts, like they are at Grand Jct. Motor Speedway. He LOVED it. It is a safe establishment, and less crowded than Bananas.

If your up for a good time check this place out. A bunch of us guys raced together and had the time of our lives. What a great facility here in Grand Junction. Its a world class facility and hosts one of the fastest female racers in the world (Sabre). The owners Stacey and Darren were great to work with. Safety is a big concern so be prepared. Overall I give this place an Excellent rating.Steve V.

Dear Mr. Rip off,Were sorry you did not enjoy your visit to Grand Junction Motor Speedway, We pride ourselves in making your experience a successful one. However we must enforce a certain degree of safety. Also when the karts are taken off track it really causes a lot of damage to the chain, bearings and chassis itself so we have to be pretty strict about off track excursions.

Took a large party here and paid a large amount of money to have fun and less then pleased with this place. We were all kicked off the track for sliding off the track. There was no warnings if you slide off the track you are kicked off even if its one tire. We were not out there bumping or purposely going off the track and the customer service was terrible. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GRAND JUNCTION SPEEDWAY!

counter help could care less about the customer. I took my daughter and two friends there. And the counter help guy had us just waite while he finished a nearly 15 min conversation with a friend about his old racing days....we made busy...walked in circles...looked at all the karts on the showroom...and slowly got pissed off.. Then he gets off the phone...and says well to rent the karts you have to fill out these online forms and registration....which we did, but............serilousy we could of done that when he was so busy reliving his glory days on the phone.... what a joke. Very unprofressional....waste of my time and money. On the other hand the track marshall was an old guy that was very nice and friendly...

Grandpa and grandson had a terrific time. The Speedway staff is very concerned with the safety of the participants.

My husband and I rented their starter karts and had a blast. The starter cart can go up to 55mph. The outdoor speedway was a lot of fun with lots of exciting turns and fast straightaways. Great staff. Highly recommended.

GJMS was great. We rented carts that go upwards of 60 MPH but there were a few other ones that went upwards of 150 MPH. We did a 30 minute ride (in 2 15 minute segments) and had so much fun. Raced against ech other and raced for time. Really fast but felt really safe while doing it. Its a total blast

It was even better than I could have imagined. My son and I loved this so much we'd go back to Grand Junction just to do this again. Carts are fast(65mph), if you like go karting, you'll love these. A must if you're in the area.

Better than I remembered! Enjoyable & more than I really expected! A MUST SEE when one doesn't have something to do! Family fun!

Visited on our trip with family and friends to Colorado. 3 adults and two kids (11 and 15) rode 65mph carts - as we have never done this before. Rest assured - they take safety very, very seriously; and accommodate everybody. The nicest folks you will ever meet; go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. The driving itself was amazing fun. Highly recommended.

The Grand Junciton Motor Speedway was a blast!!!!!The shifter karts went up to 125 MPH!!! The staff was great and the owners Darren and Stacey Cook were awesome. Its a great family run, family oriented environment! They had karts for 4 year old little kids. it was great. highly recomended!
