My family, plus friends and in-laws, went for a full day rental of 24 ft pontoon and jet ski on beautiful Lake Douglas. We arrived for our allotted time to friendly, smiling faces. They provided an upfront short lesson to get us up to speed with the equipment we would be using and safety on the lake. This I think was important for all the teenagers (4 boys) we had with us that day. The craft were very clean and appeared like they were very new boats. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake. The water was very clean and WARM. Due to slight user error (read oops!), we needed rescue of our jet ski by H20. They were exceptionally nice and professional regarding this issue. We were back on the water in no time - enjoying Muddy Creek. When it came time to end our day, everyone in our party could give nothing but excellent reviews of the owners and staff.
