The course could be interesting if you made it so, challenge your self and watch out for parrie dog holes. On Sundays play before 12 noon because everybody lets out from church and the place fills up. before 12 nobody.
This was a pleasant surprise this course is the only one in Cedar City, Utah. What a great course. Majestic views and very reasonable fees. Some very challenging holes for a good golfer which I am only average..Red Mountains surround this Jewel, you will be amazed.Very well maintained..
great coarse reasonably priced have a great time every time I go recommend it to any stage of golfer
From the start on hole 1 it's a challenging dog leg left that temps you to hit over the hill, the back 9 is my favorite with some very challenging holes that include a par 3 over water. This course is in excellent condition and very well maintained.
The staff has done a great job of cleaning up the damage, and the course is in good shape and very fun to play.
Cedar Ridge is a bit of a hidden gem in Southern Utah. For a municipal course it is well maintained and enjoyable. Green fees are very reasonable and there have been many recent improvements which include getting rid of the hundreds of prairie dogs. Great Pro, inviting staff and an unexpected challenging course.
We played here on our way home from a week in St. George. We were concerned about the Prairie Dog problem, but were assured that the problem was now pretty much corrected. This seems to be the case as we only saw one P Dog on the front nine. They are in the process of repairing the damage and when this is complete this will be a nice course. The front nine is in worse shape than the back nine. We really enjoyed the back nine. The fairways were in good shape and the greens ran true. This course is worth the time if you are in Cedar City. I'd certainly play it again.
I am accustomed to paying twice as much to play golf. They have some issues with prairie dogs on the course so you need to watch out for that, but overall a great course for the price.
This course is so beautiful. Lots of cliffs to tee off from and the some of the holes you have to make a complete right turn. Very challenging. Get a cart if you don't want to exhausted by the 13th hole. Oh, and watch out for the Prairie Dogs!
Would be a decent course if there wasn't about 50 prairie dogs on every hole. I know there is nothing the course can do about those little endangered pests but it is not fun to golf here because of them.
