nordic mountain

We love Nordic Mountain but alas there has been no snow this year. The kids even did a snow dance last week after ski school which apparently didn't work as they are closed this week. It's a great place to go with the family (when there's snow) It's affordable and a great place to learn.

I gave this mountain an average only because the terrain is very limited. If "good" were a choice I would have given them a "good". It is a GREAT teaching mountain. Great for beginners to really learn. They have green, blue, and black runs, but it is a very small mountain, and the elevation is lower than the other two mountains, so the snow is not always as great as the other two resorts. The value is excellent and the employees are great.

Fun family friendly hill. We've taught all our kids to ski on this hill and enjoy morning ski runs together when the kids are in school. This local's favorite has so much to offer to the out of town guest or anyone looking for a great hill with small town atmosphere.

This is a very small ski resort but it is much cheaper than most ski resorts. Less than half the price for a day pass. It is great for beginners, kids and people who just want to ski without caring much about course difficulty. Great little place!

Very small, cheap, and popular with beginners and kids. But once you get decent at all it is time to go someplace else. The lodge is more like a barn. Food is pretty bad. But what do you expect for this price?
