I love baseball and when the city of Idaho Falls announced they were going to rebuild the old McDermott field, I was worried about the changes. But the developer did a very nice job and made the field and a city attraction. Good baseball food and nice atmosphere with benches that are quite comfortable.

great way to spend an evening watching minor league baseball and Charlie the chuckar is great to watch

The Rookie League team affiliated with the Kansas City Royals uses this field. It was remodeled a few years back with many improvements. If you attend you will see have the real minor league baseball experience. Many of the same fans have attended for years. And yes the food is very good.

It was average, but then I'm not a baseball fan. It has the general gimmicks. It is newer and clean.

.... we thoroughly enjoy baseball games at Melaleuca Field. Reminds us a little of a miniature version of Coors Field in Denver. All seating is great, vendor services are typical, although hot dogs with roasted peppers aren't available in IF, prices are exceptionally reasonable. Downside would be that the prices are so reasonable that it is perfect family entertainment, so if concentration on the game is important, because of number of little tykes running around, you might find that a bit challenging. But, evenings are cool, and the crack of the bat relaxing ... It isn't always a perfect world, but baseball at Melaleuca Field is pretty nice.

Great field for such a small town.The Chukars are very lucky to have Melaleuca and Frank to have such a great field to play on.

Such a wonderful place to watch a ballgame! There really are no bad seats! What a fun night. The ballpark is quite new and just a relaxing place to enjoy a great summer night. We are fortunate to have such a facility here!
