olive and vyne

I found this wonderful shop after being invited to a book review there...the food was delightful and all chosen to accompany the flavors of the oils and vinegars they sell...very unique. While there I purchased several of the pre assembled "flavor baskets" to give as gives for business associates as I am always looking for new and creative ideas instead of the old standby of candy...the gifts were a success and I will be back soon to buy more flavors for myself...currently the Italian Herbs infused olive oil is a hit a my house.

I first read about Olive and Vyne in a local magazine and put it on the list to try. My husband and I - who both love oil and vinegars stepped in yesterday and we stepped out with more than a half dozen assorted flavors of both oil and vinegar.It was fun as even though there were several people in the store, the owner helped all of us. It was so fun listening to her and tasting her recommendations. And, the BEST PART is we left with more than a dozen recipes pertaining to the products we purchased. Can't wait to try all the different flavors and her suggestions. The prices are quite reasonable, no pressure to buy, but with the owners guidance, you want to try and buy it all.Sad that we didn't step in before the holidays - what delicious gift ideas.So fun! Hop in the car and take the drive - definitely worth it!!

Cute little shop I stumbled upon after breakfast in Eagle. I love that you get to taste all of the oils and vinegars. The balsamic vinegar is amazing! Thick, rich, a little sweet and really delicious. I don't think I can go back to regular store bought balsamic vinegar ever again. I'm looking forward to going back to stock up!

This is a 'don't miss' when traveling through Eagle. Eagle is a smaller, close nit community, people there are friendly and fun to talk with...everyone has a story about their visit to Idaho. So, be inclined to introduce yourself and have a chat over some yummy infused olive oil, and its good for you too! I am going back very soon, I am running low on supplies :)

We had been hearing about this gem of a shop since it opened and so glad we stopped by...wonderful selection of Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar lots of sampling and staff were attentive and informative. Bought some lovely oil and vinegars back to Texas. Highly recommend going there. Loved it and it is warm and inviting
