black's gaslight village

As an artist myself and hearing about the place, I went out of my way to find the village. It was a waste of my time. The village needs some love and attention. For an artist colony it lacks public art and presence. One could drive right by and not even know you were at some place of "significance". From the outside it looks like rundown student housing.
