LOESSFEST is the premiere concert event at the Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park- LOVED this annual concert celebration! Three Dog Night, The Who, and Loverboy were fantastic...and FREE! Council Bluffs rocks!

went to the 3 dog night concert with 9yr old granddaughter. it was very well run, plenty of space, good crowd, lots of facilities, my little suburbanite granddaughter loves the food trucks! even between acts it was fun..she had never done anything like this before and thought it was the coolest. EVEN the FREE parking was super easy to find and use.we will always attend concerts there.

We had lots of fun at this park. So much to see and lots to do. Good place to let the kids run and play while the adults relax.

I visited during a music concert. The space is beautiful. The vendors were fun and tasty. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the weather.

The parks on either side of the bridge nice and the walk across the bridge is a must. The views are spectacular and the kids got a kick out of being able to have one foot in Iowa and one in Nebraska.

Now called the Hanafan Rivers Edge for the retiring mayor - park is right next to Missouri River just north of the 480 bridge into Omaha - provides an excellent view of downtown Omaha skyline and access to the Pedestrian bridge crossing the Missouri River - believe they have live music there this summer on Thursday / Sunday evenings for free - and occasionally they show a movie in the evening also - there are some mobile vendors available for food - larger green space needs to still be developed
