I stumbled upon this place almost by accident after seeing some open house signs along 101A. Easily found inside a nearby office park, I met the owners hard at work one weekend perfecting the latest batch and giving small tours. They are extremely friendly and proud of their operation, and rightfully so, they have a modern, clean and unique space in which to perfect their craft. I got to taste some of their latest spirits, and although not usually a gin fan, they have some good stuff. Mostly I can't wait for the Krupnick to be ready in time for the holidays. I will go back to try that unique family recipe Polish liquor.

My boyfriend and I visited this very small local distillery. We're into trying new whiskey's, scotches, and bourbons... not huge gin fans. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a private tour of the back room and he walked us through the whole process along with his unique flavoring and filtering techniques. At the end we got to try a samples of his three products and enjoyed all of them. The exciting part is you're able to purchase you're own 2 liter barrel and age the white whiskey yourself! I can't wait to see how ours comes out, we have a couple weeks left until it's ready! I would love to see the owner expand his product line, and get some better T shirt colors. A great experience for a small group of friends before dinner or for whiskey/gin lovers!
