Nancy,I'm sorry you decided not to come inside. Although the outside does leave a lot to be desired I'll grant you that, we have done a good deal of work on the inside to turn a working winery into a place people can come and enjoy good wines. Fun place to go on Fri. night to relax & sample award winning Texas wines and hear local bands. We got a couple bottles of their CSM. Very nice blend.

Passing by the un-assuming building that holds the CrossRoads Winery was a normal occurence driving to or from home. It was at my Wifes request that we atleast stop in and see what we have passed by so many time. It was a Friday night about 8ish. We pulled into the parking lot to find dozens of cars. As we got closer to the front door we heard what we believed to be live music. Our excitement increased as we entered the winery. We were greeted by an enthusiastic and delightful person named Darlene. We were quickly sat at the few remaining tables open and given the list of Texas wines created by CrossRoads. as we settled in we began to notice the happy demeanors of the other customers and instantly felt comfortable. My Wife and I are red wine drinkers and tend to steer towards Cabs or Merlots. We were recommended a wine called "CSM" (Cab,Merlot,Syrah blend). It did not dissapoint. As the music played on and our bottle emptied, Darlene sat with us and talked. It was like we knew her for years. We were surprised to find out she was the owner. Now that means a lot to both my Wife and I that the owner of a busy establishment finds time to chit chat with strangers. Great stories too. You'll have to go and hear them for yourself. Over all the atmosphere was fantastic, the music was good and the wine was right up there with the best. We have been going back since and have made great friends that were lucky enough to discover what we did. A hidden gem called CrossRoads Winery.

Very unassuming from the outside but very cool multi-level low-key and cozy setting inside. There was a great band and dancing. Limited menu so plan on having dinner somewhere beforehand. Only thing we didn't like was there were two of us and they were going to sit another couple at our table. This is a great way to meet new people but we just weren't expecting that. No problem though...we just headed upstairs to a couch for a birds eye view of the dance floor. All in all it was GREAT fun! Limited seating so definitely call ahead for reservations on Fridays.

Bob & Darlene Leiker have a hidden gem winery tucked away in an Office/Warehouse Business Park off the beaten path in Frisco. They are the perfect hosts that take time with each tasting explaining how each wine came about. Their Reserve Cabernet, their Blush, and their White Port Pearl are outstanding. They also have "small bite" trays that compliment the wine tasting experience. We have been back on several occasions, and keep all three of our favorites in our wine cellar for friends and family. Put Crossroads Winery on your "bucket list".......you won't be disappointed.....

in a steel structure in a wharehouse section, where cars are worked on, wreckers run in n out. hot building all steel no air, only big nooisy fans. small band crowded in corner.. steel chairs, no water in area to clean glasses. haven't been back. too chintzy.. for frisco

My husband and I didn't like the wines at all. I drink a lot of wine and even though we tried a few bottles with the two times we've gone, we really didn't like any of them. The atmosphere was just OK and we won't go back

We had a great time with Bob & Darlene, the owners of CrossRoads Winery, on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. We did the flight of 13 wines for $10 and we loved the variety. We met some great folks and whiled away the afternoon sharing stories of wine adventures. We will be checking out their Friday night live music and their Dallas Town & Country Wine Trail.

Great place to unwind with friends and enjoy the wine and entertainment!! Always a good time!! We will be regulars!!
