Holiday Inn Express hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. We had no issues getting a rollaway bed since there were 6 of us in the room. Had a blast at the park. Lots to do! Will definitely be back!

Nice clean park and a fun getaway. Yes it is a bit expensive but what isn't these days. Will go again if we get the chance.

We are always very happy to bring the family out from the winter sadness and enjoy the warm happy water park! The slides are amazing the water pools are refreshing and the hot tubs are relaxing! I cant think of another experience that affordable where you have a super clean hotel room with an awesome free breakfast and have access to a awesome indoor water park.

Took my son for his 13th birthday, with his sister and cousin. we all had a blast. loved everything. very friendly staff. and hotel experience was also wonderful. would definetly go again.

The price, the hotel, and the water park were great! So much to do with all three of our kids, kept us pretty busy. Lines for slides went up and down on the wait time, but not too bad. Nice array of things to do for all ages.

My family of 6 returned to splash lagoon for something to do over February break. We were last there two years ago. They no longer provide towels but we brought out own and put them in a locker. We went Thursday through Friday and for the package with the hotel. Thursday night after supper was the less crowded time to be on the slides. There was practically no wait time. Friday was crowded and the two most popular slides had a long wait time. We did not eat on site. There are plenty of places to eat very close by. We got free breakfast at the holiday Inn express. Last time we did the arcade but skipped that this time. Overall we had no complaints as we had been there before so knew what to expect. We all had a fun time and would go again.

Firstly, I would like to thank Carrie and her colleagues from Splash Lagoon for responding to most of the reviews on this site. It shows that they care what the guests think and are looking for ways to improve guest experience. We were a group of 5 ranging in age from 1-32. We all had a really good time! My 4 year old daughter LOVED the place. I think the toddler area could've been a little bigger and used some more activities but that's my opinion, she seems to have a good time nonetheless. I wish there had been maybe more jets that sprayed water out of the floor as my 1 year old son seemed to enjoy those but the little area where they are seemed to be right in the walking path and was a little bit cold because only a few of the sprayers were working. I can see how if it were one of the busy days, it could seem crowded and you might have to wait a bit but that's been my experience at most water parks. We went from a Sunday to a Monday and the crowds weren't bad. Overall, the facility was looking a bit dated but was kept clean. Some people on here have mentioned that the lifeguards are unfriendly/rude. I didn't find this at all. What I saw were lifeguards that were too busy watching the pools and constantly scanning the water to worry about if they were smiling enough or to make small talk with parents. The lifeguards that I did speak with were very nice and helpful. We stayed at the Comfort Inn. Room was very nice, hotel was clean, staff was very friendly! Thank you for a lovely trip! We will definitely be returning!

Hello, I'm glad you had a good time at the park. Noon to 4 pm is usually the busiest time of day on a Saturday. Morning hours and after dinner are great times to get in lots of sliding. We hope to see you again soon!
