This is a really nice walk with a view of the Wisconsin River that a short distance from the main strip. There are places to stop and sit and a nice restaurant along the way if you are interested This is what Wisconsin Dells has always been about ....

Gorgeous walk that is less glaring and materialistic than the strip. It was a refreshing time to be with my husband and enjoy nature.

A pleasant, short walk along the Wisconsin River. The terrain is paved and flat. Some minor inclines. I would say that it is wheelchair accessible.

Short, but a very pleasant walk, even when it was chilly out. Nice views of the river's rock formations. Recommended before or after one of the downtown attractions (Ripley's, etc), as it starts just behind the Wizardquest building.

This is a nice break from the touristic scene. I liked the scenery and the natural place to get some exercise.

Clean, well-kept walkway, never crowded, great for family walks or romantic strolls. Perfect view of the waterway and located by the heart of downtown Dells.

A nice short stroll close to the boat tours. This was a great place to hang out while the kids walked all the shops and tourist stores.

Walk along the river with varied views of fabulous fall color. Easy walk even for differently-abled.

Nice place to walk and check out the scenery. Have always seen the entrance but never previously took the time to walk . Was amazed by the views and even found some geocaches. Great place to go as a family, ride your bike, and get out and stretch your legs.

free is always good. A nice way to wind down. Walkway is beautiful and has nice spots along the path to sit and relax and/or take pictures

Just a nice quiet peaceful walk along the river. The area was clean and inviting. Very nice place just to take a leisurely stroll.

I live in Kenosha and walk over 3 miles a day along our lake front so this was pretty underwhelming. But the views are gorgeous so I at least enjoyed walking to take some great pictures. If I ever visit during the regular season I could see taking this path to get away from the crowds. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk the whole thing so don't go thinking this is a fitness trail! But it was very well kept so that was nice.

Love the view and had lunch at the Riverwalk Pub & Grill. Very good food. Highly recommend the food and the view.

It was beautiful along the river but very short - still worth it. The location is right in the downtown area.

With many of the attractions in the Dells being very expensive it is nice to find something that is free! Take 20 minutes or so to stroll along the river and get some good pictures. There are a lot of trees along the river walk so make sure that you go to the end where you can get some great unobstructed views. The river walk is right next to many of the downtown attractions and shops.
