Brennan's is WAY overpriced. Sure everything looks so fancy and appetizing when you walk in and I guess the environment is kind of cool. The fruit and veggies are beautiful and there is a wide variety, but none of it is organic, and truthfully the fruits and veggies themselves are HUGE so I tend to think it's all GMO stuff. The oranges I buy at Pick N Save are fine. I'll probably never have a reason to go here again.

My husband and I went to Oconomowoc for our anniversary and every place we visited was terrible or sub par until we went to Brennan's! There were free samples to almost everything, including some great local beers. The fruit was fresh and sweet and the staff were helpful and nice! We got some pumpkin beer, pumpkin butter, cheese curds, morning buns, and peanut butter filled pretzels! And we're going back for fruit before we leave! Truly a fantastic place.

It's a specialty market with a great selection of just about anything you can think of. Usually they have samples out for your discernment. I found my doughnut peaches here and the produce is generally super good. A smaller market but worth the stop if you are in the area.

I love to wander this place when I'm in Oconomowoc.Produce,Cheese,Summer Sausage,Beer,etc.I am hoping the Meat counter people return soon,as seeing them gone was truly a dissappointment.

The variety of fruits, veggies, breads, cheese, wines, etc were positively overwhelming! Loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Brennans has the best selection of cheese and veggies in town. Prices are a little high but you definitely get what you pay for. They have a unique selection of snacks as well.

Great wine shop, Wisconsin Cheeses!!!,fresh fruit and vegetables, great dips and sauces! You won't want to miss this stop. You can sample everything if you have the time.

Brennans has a nice selection of veggies, fruit, jams, cheese, wine, etc. However, the cheese is way overpriced and not so fantastic. I tried several different types of cheese, then went back to my favorite brands (Hennigs and Fox Brothers) at Piggly Wiggly. The wine was also a disappointment. I purchased (2 bottles), rather expensive, only to find the corks were moldy, meaning the wine was bad. Since, I have gone back to the grocery stores or Sonoma Cellars for wine...saved a little money and got better wine.

Love the food here. This store was a great addition to a town like this! The cheese is true wi and a great hwy side pit stop!

It's a great place to take visitors. They have premium fruits and vegetables, locally grown plants, local cheeses and beer, a large wine selection, and some great breads and other baked goods. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The great draw is the abundance and variety of samples that are available. There are many groumet sauces, jams, spreads, and quality crackers, chips, cheeses, and fruits which can be sampled. The day we visited, you could sample of a variety of beer. They also have wine sampling. There are many great"Brennan" brand foods, but also other great brands. There are often a nice pairing of spreadsand crackers and fruit sauces and cheese. They also have a nice variety of natural juices in both large and individual bottles. Their cheese selection contains many high quality and limited edition, prize-winning cheeses from Wisconsin. Finally, they have a large old fashion meat counter, with an attendant who is more than willing to help with any questions or specialrequests.It's a great place to introduce visitors and to have an impromtu "lunch."

I have gone to Brennan's the last couple times I have been in Wisconsin. I'm amazed by this place! There is such a variety of produce, wine, beer and cheese, among others. The cheese department alone makes this a worthy place to spend time and money. I think I left with no less than ten varieties of cheeses, all of which are phenomenal. Their private label wines are great, too, for a very reasonable price.
