If you're looking for a great place to capture a panoramic shot of the marina, this is the spot. And if you don't like what you see in front of you, turn around. The homes in this area are equally as beautiful.
This is a sweet little park that is on a bluff overlooking the Everett Marina. I enjoy coming here for walks. There is a paved path and grassy areas, trees and manicured flower beds. There are benches, garbage cans, and one or two picnic tables. It is street parking, but there always seems to be ample spots. There are many dog walkers and people sitting looking at the view, but it never seems crowded.
The grounds were freshly manicured and there were plants and flowers giving the gardens a variety of color. The view was relaxing as we gazed out to Hat Island and over to Mission Beach, past the Snohomish River. We could have sat there all day. Very Enjoyable!
This is a very nice park with a good view of downtown Everett. However, it's very small. It looks nice and it's good for sitting, that's about it.
Just remember, there is no playground, just some benches and a beautiful view of the harbor and the sunsets. Nearby residential streets are great for a walk if you want to extend your time here.
Great place to watch the 4th of july fireworks from. Beautiful views of the water from everywhere in the park.
Great view of Port Gardner and the Navy Base. Not very quiet with the train transfer below. Nicely groomed and fairly busy with dog walkers and exercisers. A few benches and picnic tables. Not a large park for big activities. No playground.
Within dog walking distance for us, but a great destination nonetheless. Incredible views of Port Gardner Bay, the marina and Naval Station Everett. The Olympics are sometimes visible on clear days. The city just did an update on the park that made it even better for sight lines and a place to just sit on a bench and veg.
This is a sunset viewing must. Quiet neighborhood with old town charm really helps to set the mood. The park is not large but you get a breast view of the bay with the Olympic mountains in the background.
