harborside fountain park

Nice, small park that is great for a short stroll from downtown. It's next to the ferry terminal, so easy access for those coming from Seattle. Fun place for the kids during the summer, with water features that they can splash around in. We've gone there just to walk a bit and exercise the dogs. No commercial things in the park to buy, but food is available across the street.

This is a really nice place to go when it gets hot here in Bremerton. The kids have fun playing in the fountains and the adults can sit and watch them in the shade.

Interesting fountain / geyser display. Watched it for 30 minutes. Stroll around the harbor, before of after, very enjoyable.

During the Holidays this palce is a wonderland in lights a peaceful place to wlak thorugh for with a cup of coffee to enjoy the view

Its a nice spot to see the waterfront and the area. Close to all the other 'sites' in Bremerton so on a nice day, its fun to walk.

Lovely views, easy walk...came in on a day the farmers market was there...small, but nice. Lucky enough to see a school band come in off the ferry and they played, enhancing the experience!! Nice sunny day, enjoyed reading the displays honoring various people and families!! Lots of places to have a nice lunch or dinner or bring your own picnic!

This is a really fun place for the whole family. The grandkids have a great time in the fountains and there's lots of seating and places to spread a blanket. Nice to have an activity close to home that is free for all to enjoy. Good place to bring a picnic lunch or just sit and read a book.

Came upon art walking to Navy museum, a wonderful surprise. Very interesting. Also wonderful information on the women of the shipyards. Their amazing contributions to to war effort. Very impressed

this park is just outside the ferry as you are walking off. So take a few minutes to enjoy this place in the day time and at night it is another show with lights of various colors.around you and across the bay are the city lights that make it a nice spot for romance with that very special lady. my wife and I enjoy strolling this park and the dockside there. and yes there are several choices of places to eat very near. from sea food to ice cream and bbq.just let yourself get lost in the water fountains in the park.then enjoy a nice meal ans a stroll overlooking this park for yet another great view.

This park started out as practical protection for the Naval shipyard and ended up being a world class water and history park in the revival of downtown Bremerton. Bordering the shipyard on two sides, it's a well-designed, little wonderland of naval history, mighty fountains, abstract stone sculptures and landscaping dotted with seating areas. In the summer, kids splash in the pools and visitors picnic in the L-shaped park that ends beside the ferry terminal on Puget Sound and during the Christmas holidays jewel-colored lights sparkle on the many trees.

The fountains in the Harborside Fountain Park are really remarkable. They are kind of in a category all of their own. I've never seen anything quite like them. I suppose most large scale art installations are like that. They cycle in an interesting pattern that is a lot like incoming waves. The cascading water flow from each of the four towers concludes with a geyser-like eruption followed by a cloudy mist that looks like steam. These were fascinating to watch, well worth a few minutes or an extended stroll.

Nice place to visit, I found a geocache while visiting this park and had a nice view of the ship yard too.

Everythings good and comfortable, with everybody greeting you daily. The shopping and sights were very good

I strongly reccomend a stay for all those visiting ... I will be back to repeat my experience in this hotel...
