Love this theater.....especially with the bar! Arrive early to enjoy a drink or come to one of the evening shows which serve cocktails, beer & wine which you can take into the theater with you! It is always clean in the lobby, bathrooms and theaters.....a big plus. We always order our tickets online so there is no surprise of sitting the front row or being split up in our seating. It's also nice that the "ticket taker' will let you know if the theater is cleared and ready from the last showing. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is no problem and FREE with overflow parking across the street in a parking garage with a convenient cross walk. Other than occasionally going to an IMAX - this is my one and only choice for theaters in the South Bay area.

The theater was nice, one kiosk didn't work. Although the price were a little outrageous. Food was good, drinks were good. wish they would fix that kiosk.

We go here all the time. The best part is ordering our tickets and picking out our seats ahead of time, making it so easy and comfortable.

These are our go-to theaters because the the theaters are well kept, the food is great, and the movie choices are always up to date. You won't get the small little indie films that would appear in maybe one screen in Los Angeles, but all the latest are here. Their caramel corn is to die for. And there is the added benefits of joining the Arclight club - you do get reduced prices, you can use points to use for purchasing food, and you get a free movie pass on your birthday. All in all a very enjoying place to visit.

This theater seems to care about the paying customers. It is clean and we've found the service helpful. Love being able to reserve seats, makes a huge difference. Prices seem to be the same as any other chain but quality is better.

This place is clean, service is good, theaters are good. Nothing to complain about. Pricing is not cheap but shouldn't surprise you in the area. Seems in general that we have traded quantity for quality in most aspects of movie entertainment.

Lots of parking, theater is clean, but they have gone too high end here and raised the prices too much. As a result, we don't go as often as we did before the changes. but it's a fine movie experience if you don't mind the price.

This place is conveniently located near a few restaurants with ample parking. The tickets come with designated seats which you can pick from the kiosk. The theater was clean and I enjoyed the movie watching experience.

I don't mind paying a little more for a ticket, in order to choose your seats. No waiting at the door to go in and try to grab a good seat. No commercials is a big plus.

Okay, so it's a movie theater. But being able to make reservations beforehand, park across the street with no problems, get a drink at the bar if you want, and not be forced to watch commercials and endless trailers is a huge plus. It's clean and well run. Snacks are pricey (of course) but the seats are comfy and the staff is helpful. I will never go to a theater again where I don't have a seat reservation! No waiting in line and no surprises. It's SO civilized!

Love how the kids stand up before the film and introduce it. Clean, comfortable, and good presentation.

When you pay a premium over their already high prices for a 3D movie you expect a clean pair of working 3D glasses!!! Good luck! They say they are cleaned after each use. Not sure how they clean them but most seem to have greasy fingerprints and streaks on them. Many even have bits of who knows what stuck to them. When I have complained they give me something to clean them myself. Great customer service!!!! Instead of having their people "host" the movies at the beginning of each show maybe they should have them be sure the 3D glasses are clean and charged!!!!

Reserved seats and a bar make this theater (and all the Arclights) more than worth the money, especially on opening nights. I haye to go anywhere else.

I love that there's a presenter at the beginning, I love there is a restaurant and I love the ambiance of the whole experience. Paying an extra few bucks to be treated special and roomier seats are worth it

Nice movie theater with very nice seating. Easy access with a parking garage next store. Interesting food choices too.
