I love beer but not so much Hops. Ambecht offers Belgian inspired beers that do not overdo the hops. The Triple is simply the finest American brewed Belgian Triple I have tasted. As the web site says, the dry nature of the beer shines through. Recently my daughter and I enjoyed an hour or two of conversation with the head brewer in their tap room. A delightful afternoon. Hillsboro is a 25 minute drive from downtown Portland, but, you will not be disaponted by the beer.
