Thank you to the city of Cleveland for allowing parents, who are not from Cleveland and do not know the area at all, to park at the curbside for an extended amount of time without hassle. We were double, triple parked while waiting for teens to come out from a concert and truly appreciate the efforts in getting traffic to go around us.

The arena was clean, well-lit and easy to get around in. Sound was great, but the floor seats were very hard. Next time side view.

Never been there before Never used Flash Ticket before Staff parking was easy We ate onsite at Quaker Steak & Lube not bad for Arena food plus it was nice to arrive early and get our tickets at the restaurant. Staff helped us find our exit to the floor. We stayed until the end of the concert and still had no major problem getting out of the ramp

I have visited the Q now to see the Cavs play and also for a concert. I love the adjacent parking with the covered walkways, especially in the harsh weather! The concessions are standard for an arena and are pricey but there is a great selection. It is a pleasure to visit here to watch sports and concerts.

We went to a hockey game here and ended up 4 rows from the glass. It is a very nice arena and alot of fun. I would go go to another event here. The seating is all stadium seating which is very nice. Concessions are high, but what arena is not.

We got there early for bobblehead give-a-way, the lines were crazy. We had a great time except they lost. It's amazing that they change that place from basketball courts to ice.

Went for a Cav's game and it was a great time. The arena had plenty of clean and accessible bathrooms as well as food/drink stands. We sat in section 120 and had a great view.

The only experience I have here is for the Disney on Ice production, we have been to three other venues for this show and between parking accessibility and flow this ranks as the best we have visited! We got in and out quickly even though it was a very busy show. The food and drinks were obviously overpriced but no different from any other venue. However the lines for concessions move very fast which what is important to me!

Kirie Erving went for 55 points against the trail blazers. The seats were comfortable and spaced so that even short people could see the court if tall people were sitting in front of them. The sound system was rockin and the CAVS organization really puts on a show. I had a great time.

I don't have anything to compare it to, this was our first on ice show, but everything was great. Our hotel was within walking distance so getting to and from the Q was painless. For people driving it looked like a nightmare, but that seems to be the norm when you pack that many people into one building. I think most people understand that. I would not hesitate to see another show here, or go to a basketball game, if I were into basketball.

These seats were great we got to high five all the Cavs players! The 6th row seems further back than other arenas. The screens for the game are big and clear. The arena itself needs a upgrade. Not a lot of exciting places to eat. Eat before the game. Its a good place to watch a game.

We traveled were on a family holiday and went especially to Cleveland to watch the Cavs v Rockets game and to see LeBron. It stared well be LeBron being out injured. But the arena is a great spot to watch the game. The entertainment is also right up there. We had a great time at the game.

We have been the the Q a few times this years for Cavs games and other events. We usually park in the attached garage for Cavs games, but get there EARLY as it fills up quick.

A BITTERLY COLD WEDNESDAY NIGHT IN JANUARY.I had purchased a pair of tickets through a third-party vendor and the total cost was $240. Our seats were mid-court, 1st Row, Upper Bowl against the Houston Rockets. In my opinion, that's pricy, and here's why.We quickly found our seats (SEC 209, ROW 1, SEATS 9/10) about 30 minutes before tip-off and settled in for a great game. Being in the front row,and near mid-court, it was nice to have a clear view of all the action, although the court was about 100 feet down and a football field away from where we sat. That's not too horrible, but there is this gigantic Jumbo-tron in the middle of the floor - it's HUGE - so much so that most of us in our section spent a good part of the game just watching TV.Yeah, it's flashy and nice and would be GREAT for watching the game from outside the stadium, but if i want to watch TV, I'll stay home. i want the experience and I'm not keen on paying 120 dollars for a non-rival game for a mediocre team. The stadium was only about 3/4 full, to boot.I did, however, enjoy both the vending and the ease of access to their garage - and ease of getting out - this is a rarity in most Arenas/Stadiums. Cleveland's got that down to a science.I won't be returning to a regular season game anytime in 2014-15, but maybe next year. Playoffs? Well, for those seats, i'd pay about 200 each. They aren't super close and only the atmosphere in a Playoff game would make it worth it. This was so-so, at best..
