We enjoyed our tour of the Chocolate factory. It starts with a historical video which ended up being the weakest part. The tour guide was very polite and answered all questions. The tour is shorter but you do get to see the full floor and find out what is going on at the moment. They even gave us some samples of recent chocolates toward the end of the tour. It is worth stopping in and seeing.

The tour was really interesting! They ask that you make reservations, so I called earlier in the day to say my small group of 3 would be there at 3:00. We were running late (as usual) and the woman at the front desk was so nice to call and tell us the movie was just starting and we still had time to get in and go on the tour! I thought that was a very sweet gesture and I really appreciated it!! The tour begins with a short (6-8 min) video and then a walk through the factory from an overhead, glass enclosed walkway. You can see the candy on conveyor belts, being decorated, etc. The workers that saw us were very friendly and waved! Our tour guide, Gillian, was awesome!!! Loved her!!! It was shorter than expected (total time around 45 min), but free - so I didn't mind! They are very generous with the samples! They offer several chocolate samples on the tour, ending with a sample of gelato in the gift shop. We were in the gift shop during gelato "happy hour," and it was delicious, so we took advantage of that! Single (generous sized) scoop in cup or cone for $1.00. Can't beat it! Our gelato was followed by some additional samples offered by the workers behind the counter. We also bought a small box of chocolates to take home. Needless to say, we had a serious sugar rush going on, but it was worth it!

They offer great tours of how the chocolate is made. They have the best chocolate. Many people do not know that they supply many of the bars used in fund raising events. Yum!!!

We stopped by here to take a tour and found out they only give them Monday - Friday 10 am-4 pm. It was Saturday. We decided to visit the store and picked up some tasty sweets which we might share with friends. The staff is really nice and even gave us some samples. We ate one and take one with us. If you have 30 minutes stop in and take a look around. They have handicapped parking near the front and special section for expectant mothers.

Toured the chocolate factory of Harry London and Fannie Mae. Right out side from the Hilton Gardens Inn. Free tour and free candy. What else would you want? Enjoyed watching the workers make candy couldn't help but to think of Lucy! Tried several samples! Very good! Very Rich!Get there early to get the chocolate covered strawberries. We missed them. Guess they go quick. A lot to choose from in the store. Got the pixies which are turtles. Very good.

A short video of the history of the company, plus a wall time line begins the tour of the factory. A guide then walks down a glass enclosed corridor above the working conveyer belts and workers below making the different kinds of chocolate candies. Free taste testing samples included in tour. Retail gift shop includes ice cream tastes as well as all kinds of candy to purchase.

We got there right after Easter, so had great sales! Do give factory tours, but weren't open on Saturday.

We went here after visiting the Football hall of fame. They give a free 45 minute tour of the factory. We saw a few different varieties being made. It was interesting to see and you got to sample 2 types of candy. There is a store and we bought some candy to bring home.

Went on a Friday - the factory doesn't run on Fridays during the summer so there was nothing running/being made that day rendering the tour worthless. Unless you're REALLY interested in seeing the tour and learning a brief the history of the company I'd skip it and just buy candy instead.

When visiting family in Ohio, I stop by to bring a bag of goodies home to friends. They also offer tours if you want to see the candy being made.

Wow...what a treasure. We took the free tour (call before you go to make sure there are tours available and that the production lines are running). Our tour guide, Jared, was knowledgeable and friendly - easy to talk to. We were able to see the Valentines Day strawberries being prepared - and got great buys on delicious chocolates. The gift shop is to "die for" - with free samples, including gelato. It's truly a "don't miss" opportunity.

They make and sell 3 lines here, Fanny May, Fannie Farmer, and Harry London. All great with enormous selections. You can even take a tour and see them make the candies.
