In addition to being one of the largest Harley dealers, selling bikes, clothing, parts and service you can visit all sorts of shops in the complex. Saints and Sinners Pub is on property as well as having hotel rooms for rent. Concerts and roller derby meets are held in the pavilion. A monthly swap meet with food and all types of people selling goods is found in the main parking lot. JP Cycles is on property for more parts, clothes and accessories. There's a few more good eateries on property - houligans for sports fans and tge pig stand for BBQ. In addition to the Harley outlet store there are many other specialty shops. Events are held here throughout the year.
Everything Harley related in one place. For non-Harley riders, there's a J&P Cycles there too, along with other shops that sell motorcycle related 'stuff!' And there's a Houlihan's Restaurant in the parking lot. Great family style sports bar, and their food is excellent!!!
My wife & I recently bought a 2 night stay-2 day bike rental & it went completely sour...I should have seen it coming as there was plenty of confusion during the entire process beforehand....We arrived the Saturday before the Biketoberfest event & checked into the room no problem. Room was fine but we were a bit concerned that the security card swipes leading into the building didn't work so anyone could access the hotel from outside...The problem started when we went to the bike rental desk Sun. Morning...2 people were getting their rentals in front of us & we waited in line aprox. 40 minutes for our turn...When we finally got waited on the counter person seemed to have no clue how to handle our package deal didn't know how to process the bike into the computer...After many phone calls to supervisors that didn't return his calls ( Sunday remember) & long awkward moments of him just staring at his computer screen...He did up the paper work & took us out to our rental...To our surprise he presented us with a Softail Breakout which was NOT the bike we had signed on for a month in advance! Our paper work clearly stated a Heritage Softail Classic which I felt beforehand was adequate for riding double with my wife...I wanted a Road King or Street Glide but was settling for the Heritage...I instantly told our rental guy that this bike was unacceptable! The Breakout had drag bar handle bar, no windshield, up controls, super small rear seat, & no back rest!! Rental guys attitude went from poor to worse as we go back inside & are back to the endless phone calls & staring at the computer screen! after about another 20 minutes of no resolution we are done with the incompetence & say we are done with this process & going to take it up with the hotel side of the package...Same thing there,no resolution, no supervisors available to help...So with no bike we are really frustrated & decide we've wasted to much time on this so we go to room pack & are gonna leave & demand a refund minus the night we stayed! As we are going out the door the desk girl says we've now made a Heritage available!! what a joke!! Really? After all this! We leave, have to get a room elsewhere & with no refund resolution! While still in the Daytona area several conversations were had via the phone with no resolution...Finally a full week later we get a little over 1/2 our money back which at this point was about all we could hope for as we were back in N.Y....Very disappointing experience to say the least!
Great place to visit during bike week. Harley Davidson and other vendors. So much variety ... a must see!!!
It's pretty much like visiting another dealership, except it is alot bigger, more variety of parts and clothes. However, the sales staff is hit and miss, most times if you need help you'll have to interrupt their conversations to ask for help. (Hence the four star rating) There is an outlet store on site for some bargains. Anyway since I live here it's my go to store for our bikes and clothes.
What a nice staff at the Ultimate Seats store. We purchased a seat for our motorcycle and since it happened to be my birthday they gave me a beer coozie.
a place you have to stop if you own a Harley Davidson lots of leather and Chrome. not to mention Harleys and a great barbecue restaurant
Not sure what room the previous reviewer was in, but just came back from Destination Daytona for the Daytona 500. Booked it 2 weeks b4 the race so paid top$ for a king bed room, but the room was so clean, nicely appointed and BIG. Only complaint I had about the room was it was the first room right outside the Saints & Sinners Bar (Room 7115) and the bar patrons have to exit the bar and go past our room to use the men's/ladies room - NOISEY!!!! Real Poor planning and hopefully they can make some building changes to rearrange the flow of bar patrons - esp when paying $200 night to keep hearing peopling yelling and talking loudly in the hall - they're buzzed - they don't know or care that there's hotel rooms there! A light sleeper may have a problem sleeping but I managed to block it out and sleep - or was it from the 19 hr car ride??!! Anyway, Pig stand was not great, and didn't get back early enuff in the day to even check out the stores. But very pleased with the accomodations and would stay again.
While in Daytona, we thought it would be fun to stay at the Destination Daytona hotel. We stopped in to see what the room rate was and was quoted $85. We figured with the place being new, the rooms should be nice and decided to book a room for that night. Boy were we suprised when we arrived in our room. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. There was not even enough room to fit a suitcase through at the bottom of the bed. The only good thing was that the room was at least clean. There were also no towels in the bathroom, no hot water (which we later found out was because the hot and cold lines were switched), a lightbulb was burnt out in the bathroom making it a little dark, we had no window to look out of because it was covered up by the headboard of the bed and the TV was very fuzzy. When we called the front desk in regards to needing towels and the hot water situation, they treated me like I was an idiot. I know how to read C or H and in such a tiny room, I was sure I didn't miss any towels hiding anywhere. So, needless to say we will never consider staying at the Destination Daytona hotel again. Especially now that we have read that rates range from $69 to $84 and we paid $85 (before taxes).
Destination Daytona is a hotel complex located right next door to the Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley Davidson. My friends and I are Harley riders , so we thought it would be cool to stay right next door to all the action. During Biketoberfest there was so much going on. Tons of vendors and parties. The hotel was kind of pricy ($250 a night) as to be expected during an even I guess, but we loved it. The room was clean and neat. It was suprisingly quite too. When we eventually went to bed at around 2AM, the party was still going on, but there was virtually no noise. There was a free contintenial breakfest, but only free danish and coffee. The staff was nice. There were extra towels in the room already, so no we didn't have to ask.One of the party tents was set up right downstairs from our room, it was so cool to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the party. There is a pub right downstairs that faces the parking lot where all the vendors are.The Harley Davidson dealership is gigantic! It's bigger that I expected. There is an upsatirs and downstairs too. This place is great. Don't miss it!
Se você é motociclista e amante da Harley-Davidson não pode deixar de ir. A localização é muito fácil e a loja é incrível. Prepare a carteira pois é impossível não comprar muito na loja!
