Nice place to golf and have something to eat. Fun to listen to the bands on a Friday night. The pool looks really nice.
Went to there Thursday 5$ burger night and the hamburger tasted like it was a frozen bubba burger pattie. It was cooked and as tuff as shoe leather. They also give you a small bag of chips, big deal
This place has HUGE potential but just can't seem to understand the definition of service. After having a graduation party for a small group there about a year ago, and having horrible service for what should have been an easy group, we decided to book my daughters Sweet Sixteen party there because it's close, we live in Wesley Chapel, and at night we love the pool, lights and cabana setting. After booking and finalizing the details over month in advance, we arrived on Saturday afternoon to decorate, and the place was a wreck. Granted it had been raining but there was dirt and debris all over the cabanas that apparently had been there for sometime. The tables had not been arranged as we had discussed, and when we asked, it was as if we were causing a problem...even though we had requested well in advance. After requesting the cabanas to be cleaned up for a third time, Carly, the event sales person, who just got back from vacation that morning and apparently had forgotten everything we agreed on, came out and literally scolded me and essentially told me to wait and around two hours prior there would be staff in to clean. We had arranged in advance to have freshly grilled burgers and hot dogs early, and Joe, the GM, came out and advised me there would be an extra charge? again discussed and arranged for this in advance. After the buffet was set up, I realized we had chips and potato salad, and per there BEO for our event, we were to have fruit salad and potato chips, instead of potato salad and potato chips. I asked and apparently nobody there had a copy of the document THEY PREPARED AND SENT TO ME? I produced it to the Service Director and it appeared that it was the first time he had seen it? I can go on about having to figure out the lighting system on the stage on my own etc etc but bottom line is, if you book an event here, be prepared to serve yourself while the clueless management staff stands around and watches.
Great service from the time you pull into the parking lot until you load your cleaned clubs after the round. Tee boxes for golfers of all skill levels will challenge your game. The greens were true a tad on the slow side and had some damage in some areas. They can place the pins in very difficult locations and the day I played I was sure the fellow who put them got up on the wrong side of the bed. All in all great value for the money spent. I would suggest that you go there and see for yourself.
Well maintained shorter course with nice dining and pool area. Friday and Saturday night added attractions.
The course was in good shape. The greens had been top dressed & worked on the week before & they rolled really good & fast. Played the blue tees & bogeyed the first hole trying to get use to the greens I'd never played & had one three putt on the back, but sneaked in two birdies along the way for a 4 over par round. not bad for an old 62 year old :-) The staff was very friendly & the course was, too!!! My friend & I will be back to visit again some time. Good price & value....glad I heard your advertisement on the radio on my way down on the interstate.
Great entertainment and atmosphere. Sitting by the pool and listening to live music while eating dinner was awesome.
They have just redone the place and it is really beautiful. The menu is wonderful! What a great find in an area that really needed a good restaurant.
The place has had a whole facelift and is a top notch event facility now. The food was great. They have live music outside by the pools every weekend and there is no cover. I highly recommend this place if you want to go out and enjoy yourself, listen to music, maybe have some drinks and snacks or dinner.
I want to preface this by saying that I work in the pro shop at a golf course in Mass. My wife and I were so impressed with Keith and his staff that I had to write this. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and warmly by evryone. I felt like a member.I overheard Keith, the director of golf, say to someone that he had worked 32 days in a row.His attitude was that of a new employee trying his best to impress. He was attentive helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The course was the best of the 3 we played that week and the least expensive. The starter took the time to tell of the ins and outs of a couple of the trickier holes. The greens and faiarways were very nice and being a 20 handicapper at 63 yrs. old,not too good huh?lol, the couse from the white tees was very manageable and fun to play.Overall, one of the most memorable rounds I've ever played and would highly recommend this golf course. Thank you Keith for a fun day. Dave and Doreen Thomas
Went for supper with my family and had such a good experience. The food was good and the atmosphere was out of this world. We sat by the pools and had our supper and it was just amazing. I will definitely go back next time I am in the area.
We went for an evening of music on the patio. The patio is stunning. The music was great. But, the food...WOW what a surprise. So good, I still can't wait to go back for more.
A friend introduced us to this course, and we've played it probably 6 times in the last 8 weeks. The facilities are great, very high-quality. The bathrooms are very nice. The course is in great shape. The prices are very fair, the carts are nice. The pace of play can be slow sometimes after heavy rains when it is cart path only but everyone is nice and does not detract from the experience. The beverage cart ladies take excellent care of you, I see them probably 4-5 times per round. Brittany is very friendly. They also serve liquor which is nice if you want a vodka tonic. The food is terrific, from the sandwiches from the cart to the food in the clubhouse, which is very beautiful. They have a Sunday brunch where you can get a fresh flatbread made to order or omelets. The burger is terrific, as is the turkey club. I have not had a bad meal here. The course is challenging yet forgiving, with fairways narrow enough that you want accuracy yet wide enough in areas to give you a boost if your short goes awry. There's some water, some sand, but the houses along the course are far enough away that i've never had to look in someone's yard for my balls. It costs a little more than my usual course, but is longer with nicer facilities. It's a good value.
Work down the street and we frequent this place for lunch and happy hour. They have an amazing grilled salmon salad!
