lagoon course at ponte vedra inn & club

This course can be better in the AM when it's cooler. It has water holes and natural beauty but can be warm depending upon the time of year or day.

The golf course is excellent the staff are very friendly & accommodating but the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is no clubhouse facilities......SHAME

Good condition worth visit to Ocean and lagoon course, would not say very good play ocean course much better.Great staff and club house

We had been told by staff at the Marriot that the course was in bad shape so did not expect much and they were proved right. Course and particularly the greens in very bad condition would not recomend this course at all.

I guess it did not help being put behind the 9 hole ladies group.I am a lady golfer and feel the starter should have informed us that there were four foresomes ahead of us that are obviously going,to really slow down,the play. He could have suggested another tee time or possible that we play the other course or even connect our two some with the other three twosomes behind us.The inn was great ...this was our only negative .

The Lagoon Course is a par 70 6000 yard course from the tips. Don't be fooled! There are 6 par threes and two less par 4s than a "normal" course. This is not a chip and putt course. The par 3s, 4s, and 5s are equivleant to yardages on most courses that play to about 6600 yards. Quality of golf was excellant.

This is a very well-maintained course, and they keep the traffic moving. Far fewer bunkers than the Ocean Course. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities.

Short and somewhat tight and in good condition with water on many holes. Good for your ego after playing TPC. Ocean course is longer, wider but tougher.

T'was 54 degrees and quite windy on the day we played. Few nuts like us on the course. Course was well designed; tees kept, fairways mowed, bunkers and greens well cared for. Only thought was fee was a bit high for the experience; this is probably closer to a $70-75 range.

This was for a business luncheon, and admission to the restaurant requires either membership to the club, or that you are staying at the property.So, if you have access, the prices are reasonable and the food was outstanding. The lunch buffet included filet and some of the best navy-bean soup I've ever had. Caveat: reasonable is given the locale and surroundings, expect to pay $30/pp for most entrees and tip, but you can walk out if you were golfing and pick up your game.
