Wow we went on the Key West tour with Xcursions USA and it was great, their staff was wonderful the timing was just as described on their website, the bus interior looked brand new, i will definitely recommend this miami to Key West Bus service to all my friends.I took a picture of the bus when arrived across the street from our hotel to pick us up on Collins Ave.

really enjoyed our trip to key west with xcursions. We booked a ticket to include the tram ride whilst in key west which I would advise as its a big place and its the best way to see the place.My only complaint - which is the same one with all bus trips. The PA system is so bad that all you can hear is loud noise. After 30 mins you have a head ache and are just praying that the nice lady stops talking! I'm sure what she was saying was very informative but we couldn't make out most of what she said!still a good trip and worth doing.

I was told I would get to key west around 10:30am. I woke up at 6am to be ready by 7am. When we got on the bus the driver told us he was gonna make a stop to change the busses ( waste of time ) after we changed busses on our way to key west in the middle of road the driver stops saying something wrong with the new bus once again that we was gonna wait for a new one no more then 30 minutes, of course everyone was upset. The bus didn't get to us until 1 hour and a half later. The driver was not helpful at all whenever we asked for info he would walk away. When the bus arrived we didn't even get a sorry from the boss. The new bus had a horrible smell!!!! And the worst of everything is when we got there late and didn't enjoy the sun. We asked for a trip back the next day to make up the time and they wanted to charge us even more then what we paid. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

We have booked Key West tour online, the price was competitive. Bus driver was very nice and provided us with information on Key west and the Keys area on the way there. Cons:aircondition in the bus seemed to be broken in the back of the bus, I was freezing. unfortunatedly somethng happened also with the microphone so those of us sittnig in the back could hardly hear what the driver was saying...

Great tour, prices online are very competitive, buses were very nice, clean, and the driver was very friendly, about Key West the only word to describe it is AMAZING.Thanks Guys will go again!

We had a great time, the service was impeccable. We enjoy the ride to Key West very comfortable vehicle, A/C, Wifi in other words an experience to repeat and recommend. Key West is enchanted, full of history and things to do. We received the information on the bus to key west and getting there we went for the snorkeling tour.........beautiful....We would like to thank all and everyone involved in giving us such nice family time.

Nothing seems to have a set price with this tour! Firstly it's advertised at $79 per person but we managed to get it for $45 each through an independent salesman. Then we had to pay $25 each to the independent salesman and $20 to Xcursions. So it only costs $20 and the rest is commission! So they picked us up 15-20 minutes early! Luckily we were ready enough to go as they don't like to wait.No food or drink allowed, unless you buy it from a Burger King Along the way that clearly has a deal going with the driver.The driver was trying to sell everybody tours the whole way down to the keys, he claimed a few victims but seemed to be overselling, so we waited until we arrived and phoned the tours our self, turns out we went parasailing for $10 less per person then his "special discount price that only has a few spaces left today!!". It was a bit obvious what was going on when we realised the driver was wearing a shirt advertising the watersport company he has a deal with. Also the trolley tickets are cheaper to get yourself in town then his "special discount price". I suggest shopping around both for the bus and any tours!

It was a good trip with everything as described, the on-site Key West day trips cost much more. The bus was modern with air con, there was a stop on the way back and there was enough time at the destination :-)

Unfortunately the customer was given the wrong pick up time by the internet company were they bought the tour (they did not contact us at any time to confirm the time wich from 4441 Collins Av. Is between 6:35 nd 6:45 AM), the hotel pick up is a complementary scheduled service that we offer to our guests going on the Key West trip, our bus will leave Miami between 7:45 and 8:00AM we do pick up guests in different buses to get to the last pick up point in south beach or downtown Miami were they will get transfered to the traveling bus, guests that do not wish to wait for all pick ups are asked to meet our bus at 7:30AM at Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami wich it will be our last stop. There are signs that there is NO Food, Drinks or Smoking on board of our vehicles the only thing we allow is bottled water.If customer does not pay attention to the sign located on the door in all our vehicles that clearly states NO FOOD,DRINKS & SMOKING, the driver will tell them again before they bourd so they can dispose of their not allowed things.The customer need to be ready to get picked up when bus arrives and we do not under any circumstances have to wait for customers like this one to just finish his coffe while there is more passenger on board and other ones waiting to get picked up.

Even tought the ride is about 5 hrs, the view is just amazing. Can't wait to go again !!!!

I and my family went on this tour and really enjoyed Key West, we had about six hours on the island and its a most see island when traveling to Miami, bus Driver was very helpfull, we got picked up from our hotel in Miami Beach, he took the time to explain everything there is to do and see in Key West. The bus was very nice, clean and it seem like new to me.Bottom line Take this tour for the day and if you can spend a night or two in Key West.***** 5 Stars

Vacations waking up at 6:00AM is not good - unless it's for Key West! We had a great ride to Key West, with information about the keys along the ride. Even if the ride seems long, it's totally worth it! It's BEAUTIFUL!!You arrive in Key West and have approximately 5 hours on your own. Just the right amount of time to visit the small Island. We went to see the Southernmost Point of the US, had a drink at Sloppy Joe's, eat a Key Lime pie, went to Ernest Hemingway's House, JUST PERFECT!I am really happy that we went to Key West. It's totally worth it!

When booking thru an outside agency we are not responsible for any misunderstendings between passenger and agency we are the tour operator and not the sales agency and our drivers are supposed to have a wait time of no more than 5 minutes at each stop, we did not offer any type of refund because we do not get paid by booking agencies until after the tour is made by passengers, so I'm sure that we did not get paid by the booking agency for your tour making them responsible for any refunds. We are very sorry you could not make it and sure hope you are able to come back to Miami Soon if you do please contact us and i will make sure you get a complimentary ticket to go to Key West for the day as an Xcursions USA's VIP Guest!!!
