Not much of a beach, but a very nice boardwalk from the St. Regis (at 96th) south beyond what will be the new home of the Four Seasons. One path for pets, and another pet free parallel path. Enjoy.

The beach is clean and well kept. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great walking paths. Would love to go back.

Great beach trail and well maintained. Do bring a towel and your own chair. The beach hotels will not allow you to use or rent a lounge chair. No lifeguards on duty.

Beach is very crowded and sea gulls are aggressive. Do not eat on the beach! Even if you do not eat on the beach others do and it can be very disturbing to relax.

Coming from a stay at the local ritz-carlton, beach has lots of variety as you'll see the normal beach goers plus fishermen on the local spit plus passing charter boats in the nearby channel. Beach surface is average with fine shell, but then again I've spoilt by Australian beaches. Good pathways available close behind the beach.

Clean, wide, and well maintained beaches with sand pathway along the ocean for running, walking, or biking.

I like the Bal harbor beach better than the mid beach in Miami, because it seemed to be a much nicer element of people in Bal HArbor beach

Get up at sunrise and catch a wonderful site. What a fantastic way to start your day, at peace and thankful all that is good in life...the sunrise is a wonderful reminder of that.

There is Nothing not to like here. The staff will set up your chairs, an umbrella, and bring cocktails and food right to you. Lovely!!

Awesome beach. We stayed at the Sea View on the ocean. The hotel was ok (they are upgrading currently to go green). But the property is amazing. The beach is cleaned every morning. I only saw one cigarette butt on the beach. Very, very clean. White sand. Turquoise blue water. Ahhh!

short walk from hotel to the beach. great service from staff.but the hotel pool is perfect for relaxing, eating and drinking.

Great Beach avoid oct and Nov as the Jelly Fish arrive, but clean and tidy with a nice pahtway along the beach for those early morning strolls

nice clean, quiet beach, but too much algae near the water and too many highrises along the water. Great swimming if you like medium waves and warm water but not a paradise ambiance.
