Labyrinth park is brilliant, full of lots to keep visitors busy the majority of the day. It has a very fun and quirky large labyrinth full of greek myth & is very informative. There's quad bike riding for kids, crazy golf, archery, a little animal petting zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, donkey and ponies/horses. They also offer horse riding for adults & children. There is also a fantastic cafe offering gorgeous food at great prices and a fab gift shop with lots to buy. The service & friendliness of the staff is second to none, they were brilliant, couldn't do enough to help in anyway and so welcoming ensuring you & your family have the best time. It is great value for money, such a good price considering all it offers for adults as well as kids. Me and my family had the best day there with all the activities & lovely staff. We will definitely visit there again many times in the future. I highly recommend visiting there, it's a definite must go!
Thought we wouldn't enjoy this but I was wrong great maze & learned some greek history at the same time then off to crazy golf allround good few hours at this venue especially cos I won the golf.
Small and very reasonable priced theme park near Hersonissos right next to Village Heights Golf Resort. Not a fancy theme park but very cozy. Was the best thing in Crete for our 5 yrs child. The main labyrinth was fun for all also us adults. Go in a cloudy day. Eat in a restaurant. We got our nice meal for us three less than 10 euros. Staff is very friendly. I really recommend this nice park.
We found a leaflet at our hotel and thought it sounded like a fun excursion for a morning. We were picked up in the Labyrinth mini bus and it took about 15 minutes to get to the park from Kokkini Hani.We paid 25 euros for our transfer to and from the hotel, entrance to the labyrinth and farm and also the three extra activities of Archery, Pottery and Mini Golf. It was a reasonable price for all of these activities as we spent a good few hours here. The Labyrinth was fun to complete and we eventually found the minotaur after learning about greek mythology and we got a little prize at the end.Mini golf was a laugh...we were terrible! We were both really good at archery, although it would have been nice to have more than 5 arrows. There were no other customers waiting for archery when we were there so it would have been nice to play for 5-10 minutes after learning the basics.Pottery was great! The guy who ran it helped us to make our own pots which we then got to take home. There was a small farm with goats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs etc and you could go and pet them all. There was an extra fee for horse riding if you wanted to give that a try.Really nice café on site with greek pastries and cold refreshing drinks (a definite must have after the heat of the labyrinth!).The park was pretty quiet when we visited, maybe about 4 other families so it really was a hidden gem.
Lots of fun to be had here.Good value for money considering how much stuff there is to do, the pottery is great.Good especially for kids under 11-12. But even as adult we had fun :-)
Great for adults & kids alike. Very reasonably priced. Labyrinth send a driver out to collect you from your hotel, and then take you back when you're ready.Thoroughly enjoyed our day out.
Very reasonable entry price, a great interactive maze where you have to collect stamps to win a game of crazy golf. They keep the entry price low here and then you the option to buy additional activities on top of the standard fayre our kids did Archery and Horse riding as additional paid for options (€3 each) and were suitably impressed. There are a few animals on display who you can feed and get up close to. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this relatively new resort.
Amazing park. Wonderful day spent with my family here. Really good entrance fee price where you receive a ticket with 6 names on to find in the maze. For each one found in the maze, you stamp the ticket and on collecting all 6 stamps the ticket enables the bearer of that ticket to a FREE game of Crazy Golf! Loads of fun. Quad bikes for the youngsters, petting zoo with goats, donkeys, horses, rabbits, tortoise, guinea pigs, chipmunks and chickens etc. Horse riding (around an arena with a staff member in attendance also) Duck pond, Small church, Archery, Ceramics centre, Restaurant (with lovely food, good portions and very good prices) beautiful setting and the most friendly, polite and helpful staff we have ever experienced in a park. So kind and helpful with my little granddaughter, even taking her to choose her own horse to ride! Every single member of staff we encountered was cheerful, polite and friendly and extremely helpful to us all, from the entry gate, ticket booth, activities, restaurant and gift shop. Excellent day spent here and many happy memories mainly provided by the super staff making it such a success. Bravo all at Labyrinth Theme Park for an amazing experience during our holiday.
My wife and I took our Grandson (aged 11) for a holiday in Hersonissos. As we had an evening return flight we thought that following hotel check out we would go to this park to use up a couple of hours. We bought a package deal through the hotel. We were collected from the hotel by the Parks own minibus (Included in the price). On arrival we were greeted by the park staff and were provided with an overview of the facilities and what to do. Throughout the stay the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the maze as much as our Grandson and had fun finding the clues and navigating the maze which takes around 20-30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The park itself is a real gem which is kept spotlessly clean and the gardens are well maintained adding lovely colour. The animals too are well kept and cared for. The archery was OK albeit brief, but the best part of the whole day was making a small clay pot each that we really should have done first as we needed to let it dry out in the sun to harden. (This led to fun later when getting them to dry out by the hotel and restaurant prior to the flight home). The gentleman who provided expert assistance with the clay and wheel is a master craftsman with over 25 years experience of pot making and indeed makes them for the park shop too. The mini golf was fun and is a 18 hole course, again kept in fantastic condition. The whole park is brick paved. There is a small viewing area that runs a short film about the Minoans, the Minos palace at Knossos, bull jumping and how the site met it's fate. As others have stated, the electric Quad bikes are slow and are really for younger children. The Café food was well priced and the selection was good. Whilst eating outside we were met by one of the local cats called Pamela, who surprised us by eating a part of an enormous chocolate doughnut that we fed her. (Mentioned as I have never met a sweet toothed cat!). This park provides good value and its rural setting provides a peaceful get away. We did not do the available horse riding but the horses look wonderful and do look well cared for. The brochure for the park does not do it justice. The Labyrinth/maze was designed by the same guy who designed the maze at Bourton on the water in the Cotswolds so has a great pedigree. We spent around 4 really leisurely hours there but would suggest that for the whole park and activities allow 2-3 hours. (Crowds permitting). We were then transported back to our hotel nursing our treasured Grecian Vases/Urns/bowls. Footnote - The pots are now safely back in the UK:-) (A really nice memento of our holiday)
Came at the mid-point of our 10 day holiday, and absolutely found it brilliant. In terms of family outings, the Labyrinth theme park is a must. Children of all ages will find something that piques their interest, and adults too. Despite how brilliant it is, it's shockingly sparse of customers. Considering this I speak of season, it lacks a certain vibrancy that one would perhaps gain from larger crowds completing archery, pottery making, quad biking, crazy golf, or the Minotaur's Labrinyth. Please visit this British-owned, Greek-staffed theme park with your family on your next trip to Crete.
I saw the leaflet for this place in our hotel and it didn't appeal to me (I think they need to update it and change the pictures to show the park better). The kids wanted to go so we relented and ended up having a great afternoon there. It's very clean and well kept and the gardens are lovely. There are lots of staff around and they were all nice and helpful. The Wooden Labyrinth is good fun and also educational (if you want to spend a little time reading the information at each station). After you have completed it, your completed game card gives you a free round of mini golf. It's admittedly not the best mini golf course I've seen but it was still fun. The kids enjoyed the go karts too although. For 3 Euro they get one lap of the course- it would be better if they got a bit longer (even if the charge was slightly more). The kids loved the petting zoo where you can stroke and feed the animals. We didn't do the horse riding as it was just a lead rein round a small arena and our children can ride already. There was also pottery making which we would have done if we had longer. There is a nice restaurant and also a place to get drinks and snacks, both of which were nice. There is also a gift shop. A car from the park collected us from our hotel and delivered us back again (for a small charge) which was great. Overall good family fun at a reasonable price and a great way to spend a few hours. There isn't much shade so I would suggest not around midday if you don't want to get too hot.
worth a trip out but could be short. Maze was good craic, crazy golf ok just, wife and kid did the horse riding which was good. Quads for kids below age of 10 probably, very slow. Facilities great though, restuarant and toilets. there is pottery and archery available to but we didnt bother with those. 24 euros for 3.
We came by this park by chance and went there mostly because our son LOVES Labyrinths. It turned out to be better than we thought. The labyrinth is challanging for the kids and as a reward they got to play free mini golf. They wew so excited and said it was one of the best thing in our trip! The rest of the park was odd... but if you think your kids will enjoy the Labyrinth and Mini Golf than go visit. It is not over priced and it is an adventure for the kids. Make sure to bring hats and sunscreen...
The quads are electric age limit twelve activities are archery labyrinth horse riding mini golf which was all €3 apart from the mini golf which is free if you complete the labyrinth 12 is not an ideal age for quads 5-8 will enjoy
we visited in late july which we thought would be the busy season, but we almost had the whole place to ourselves which was great for us, but bad for business i guess. i genuinely dont know why this place isnt busier because we were treated brilliantly by everyone. you complete the labrynth and collect stamps on your card for a free game of crazy golf. there are extra things for the kids to do each costing 3 euros a time. these included archery, electric cars, and pottery (you get to keep the pot). we had lunch which was the cheapest and most delicious meal of the holidays!all in all a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained for a few hours!
