circuit plein'art

The Tourist Office in Sutton suggested this walk to us. It is very simple: you follow logos stencilled on the sidewalk which lead to four different art galleries. I really liked Art Libre which had some great modern pieces. Farfelu is more of a boutique with stuff to buy made by local craftsmen including some wonderful turned wood bowls. We certainly wouldnt have found all the galleries without the signposts and it was different from what we would usually do but how much you enjoy the walk probably depends on your taste in art! Tip : it was very hot the day we were there so an iced coffee at Le Cafetier which the walk took us past was just what we needed
