My husband goes here for lap swim every week in the winter. I prefer to sit in the hot tub or in the kiddy pool with our infant. I'm so thankful for parent and tot swim so I don't have to share the pool with a bunch of kids splashing my infant. Word of warning- if you go in the winter expect the change rooms to be frigid. Someone told me they let the change rooms get so cold because they are trying to heat the watersides. But I'm not sure if that's true.

The change rooms need to be cleaned meticulously. And the pool needs better surveillance in checking their disinfection. Pools and Hot Tubs are repositories of filth and unless they have disinfection they can be breeding grounds of communicable disease. I really do not trust the efficacy of the maintenance here. I wish they would post their Chlorination readings for any potential swimmer/bather to see. The disinfection can rapidly change by the number of bathers/swimmers and I want to know in real time that there is enough chlorine in the water to kill the bugs.

Family fun at the pool or water slides if chilled sit in the warm hot tub or swim laps in the swimming lanes. picnic tables set up and reminds me of being in the tropics. Very nice!

A great place to keep up on your exercise during our cold winter months. The staff are friendly and experienced. They offer a wide variety of services and classes. Take a look at their website.

This is a decent sized pool. There is everything from jumping boards, kiddy pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and even water slides! the receptionist was very friendly. make sure you have a quarter with you for the lockers, but if not reception will give you one. nice clean facility!

We only wanted a shower as we had been camping. Had private family rooms for only $2. The rest of the centre looked very well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Looks like a great place to spend some family time.

Good family rec centre for children and families. Lots of activites and special events during the month for ages. Baby and children swimming programs offered as well as aquafit. 2 lap pools and one childrens pool with a small wave area that carries you around the one side of the pool. Only downside to this rec centre is lack of gym equipment. Has a treadmill, row machine and maybe one more cardio machine and a couple of hand weights that's it.

Great for morning lanes and really good for family fun time!

If you need a break for the kids, pop in here. It's not a huge leisure centre but it does have a slide and the kids can burn up some energy.
