the hills are awful and not properly snowed which just makes them a death trap, and the food is ridiculously overpriced. the workers.. just awful. A disgusting medic with an eyebrow piercing verbally abused me and sprouted lies to my family. The ski instructors are incompetent and I witnessed 2 pushing people down slopes even after they said "NO". ridiculous, i hope someone fires the medic and i hope they close down. Disgusted.

The hill is nicely maintained and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the runs are pretty boring. The on site snack bar is very over priced and the quality is poor. Service is slow as well.recomend you bring your own food especially if a family as eating on site will cost you a bundle

Great beginner mountain, terrible ski school instructors. BEWARE. During my 4 year old sons very first lesson, the instructor waived my son to come down the hill on his own when he did not have the skills to do so. My son’s ski crossed and fell flat on his face. Instructor took 3 minutes to walk up the hill to get him and made him walk down the hill. This is not how beginner lessons are taught. The instructor had to many students in his group and was at the base of the hill, probably too lazy to walk up the hill to give proper instructions. Luckily my kid is a tough 4 year old. Go to blue.

my family has been buying season passes here for three years. glad they finally got with the program and started offering 5x7 passes. the hills are well maintained, the terrain park is great and the kids and hubby enjoy going. lots of parking, lighting on the hills and usually pretty clean. it does fill up on holidays but even going with other family members who do not have equipment they have never had a problem renting. my kids both used to work at lakeridge and have skiied and boarded both hills including skyloft and all things being equal they much prefer dagmar.

I took my Australian niece for the Discover Skiing package. It included a one hour lesson and a 3 hour ticket and rental. The total price was $90, and that included a helmet rental. There were about 8 people taking snowboard lessons and just my niece taking a ski lesson. As a result, she had a one-on-one lesson. By the end of the instruction, she was able to handle the smaller slopes, and only fell once.I found everything well laid out. We went straight to the registration, and then the boot and ski rental and she was ready to go in about 15 minutes. Dagmar is about 8 Km north of Highway 7.
