parguera water sports and adventures

This was an amazing operation! We loved working with the whole team at Parguera and they helped us get on the board and going so quickly! I highly recommend kiting here, it is safe, beautiful and perfect conditions. I will be back as soon as possible!

my girlfriend and i spent 2 days with PWS and were able to reach our goal of getting up and going on kite boards... the instruction was very thorough and disciplined with excellent equipment in a beautiful and safe setting... it was the perfect place to learn the sport and the trainers were very friendly and supportive throughout... we are already looking forward to our next visit... thanks jafet, luizho, canela and crew for a great time!!!

We went on the combo snorkel and bioluminescent bay tour. From the beginning we were impressed with this company. They were very helpful setting everything up by phone and continued the excellent service throughout the trip. The snorkel portion of the trip included about an hour of swimming around a large reef with tons of live coral and colorful small to medium size fish. Then we had a snack with fresh local fruit before switching to the kayaks for the bio bay tour. The bio tour takes you to a very secluded lagoon (we were the only group there). It was absolutely amazing and I would recommend experiencing this 100%. Overall we had a great time!

This was, by far, the best part of my week stay in Puerto Rico. We stayed in Rincon and the trip south was well worth it! Captain Luijo was so helpful on the phone even before we came down and gave advice on other things to do as well. Our guide, Joel, was also incredible. I cannot swim so did a great job keeping me at ease while snokeling. We did that and then did the bio-luminescent tour which was the coolest thing I've ever seen. Must do! Period!

My husband and I and another friend went on the snorkeling and bioluminescent tour with Joel. Luijo set everything up and even helped us to meet up with a local person to take us to an island prior to our scheduled tour. Luijo was so friendly and helpful in every way. Joel was our tour guide and he was so gracious and knowledgeable about the area, the ecosystems, and certainly the waters. He took us to a great snorkeling area and made sure that we got to see lots of marine life. Then we went to the bioluminescent bay. It was raining and not considered the ideal conditions but he helped us work a different plan to get the most out of our experience. Joel cut open a fresh pineapple to share with us on the boat and it was delicious. The luminescent bay was amazing. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable time. When we returned he even walked us to a local restaurant to make sure we were set. This experience will certainly be one memory that will last a life time. We would highly recommend their services!

Luijo and Joel made this experience one of the highlights of our family vacation. They accommodated 18 of us (ages 10 months to 85 years old) on the bioluminescent tour. They were dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and that we had a great time! Thank you for a great adventure!

What an awesome place. These guys were super in showing it to us. Personalized service, intimate, not with a gaggle of other folks crushing together on a big boat. Our guide was very knowledgeable and cracked a few jokes along the way......

Had the most amazing tour yesterday with this tour guide! Got to snorkel (tho the snorkeling is not the best - very few fish), but then got to kayak to one of the most beautiful bio-luminescence bays! the experience was one of the most delightful of my life - swimming in the bay at night with the sparkling cascades of light flowing off my arms and legs as I swam - wow!thank you Jefet and Joel for a truly wonderful experience! We had an amazing tour with La Parguera Water Sports! They made the reservation process super easy and the tour was small and personalized! It was the best part of our vacation! Would recommend them to everyone!

We took our 9 and 11 year old daughters on the kayak bioluminescence tour and we had a great time! We highly recommend this company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids! Totally worth it!

Luis was fabulous! Everything from setting up the tour before we arrived in PR all the way up to dropping us off after the tour was superb. Luis even brought us mangos for during the tour. Would definitely go through this company again. Also we were the only ones on the tour as well as in the Lagoon!

Perfect trip for our family group that included my wife and I and an 8, 11, 13 and 70 year old. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the unique geography and biology of the area. The moon was about a quarter full when we went which made the kayak paddle to the bay very beautiful. Even with the moonlight, the light from the bioluminesent bay was very visible although better in the shadow of the boat. The starry sky was wonderful the entire trip.

Jafet, the tour guide, was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient - which was perfect because the ride out to the lagoon takes a little time, AND our party had never kayaked before but Jafet taught us with ease. The bay was stunning and the tour guide takes you to a mangrove tunnel to paddle through for an out-of-this world experience, even with the full moon behind us. The town itself was small and felt very Borinquen, it wasn't a a streamlined and overbooked tourist experience like you might get at other biobay areas due to popularity. We ended up liking Parguera so much we stayed the night.This was really a hidden gem on our PR adventure. I will absolutely do this again with Jafet, and I have already recommended it to my colleagues visiting PR.
