Great experience! Walking distance from dive friends dive shop, which has multiple locations across the island. Walking distance from restaurants and a great introduction to the island by the property manager!

Our stay: Nov 4-9, 2014 @ # 12. Booking Process: very easy, no hassle. The owners were very responsive. The apartment: just as you see in the pictures: homey, very clean, great location,great sunset! The apartment is within walk distance from downtown. It was also really nice to be able to go for a swim or snorkel just across the street. The kitchen has all that you will need. We took advantage of the grocery delivery service. We arrived on a late flight, and having something to eat was really great! Safety: This apartment has a gated parking lot, and a gate to the apartments, so it feels really safe. When walking/driving around Bonaire, be as careful as you would be in any other city, and you should be fine. Food: We are vegetarians,and we quickly learned that we were better served cooking our own meals. But we did go out a few time: At Sea( impressive selection of vegetables), Go Green (reasonable price, great meal, great conversation with locals), Between 2Buns (great sandwich). We used Friends of Bonaire diving shop. We found them very helpful and friendly. Car Rental: AB CarRental good service, no issue.

These units are very nicely furnished, more upscale than a lot of Bonaire properties. I have stayed here twice, once on the third floor and once in the penthouse. The units are within walking distance to town for dinner, etc. The pool is nice and generally not crowded. We're divers and neither of the units that we rented had dive lockers but there is a small rinse tank at the units than can be used.We use Sun Oceanfront dive shop and utilized their storage and rinse tanks.I would definately stay here again.

We stayed May 9th until May 17th in unit #7 second floor i think all the units are nice but this one has been renovated but what made me pick this one is the dive locker, very convenient and the only one available in the 14 unit complex. We rented from Sunbelt realty and no complaints from paying to someone at the airport waiting for us. Kittie from Sunbelt was very helpful with any questions or info.Great location, dive shop 2 minute walk from the unit, walking distance to town. One lane street in front of the condo, very quiet, traffic not an issue. We did a night dive right in front of the unit and it was wonderful, 2 tarpons followed us the entire dive, pretty cool. We did not cook very much in the unit only breakfast but well stock kitchen. We would of cooked more if our stay would of been longer than a week, (a week is way too short by the way ) The mosquito net on the deck was a nice feature for early morning and night time not too many of them but a little annoying at times if no net. No one else used the pool all week it was like having your own private pool. I i have one small complaint is that there is too many keys to access everything ( gate, unit, locker even patio door) maybe i will move to Bonaire and become a locksmith and make things simpler. I just love Bonaire in general, the convenient of shore diving is great no schedule to be on a boat stress free holiday . The food in restaurants is great , never had a bad meal all week , miss the place already

First trip to Bonaire and the entire family has fallen in love with this island! The Playa Lechi Residence was everything we were looking for & more! Loved being able to snorkel & fish right outside the gates and easily walk into town along the water (5 minutes to everything)! The security of this complex and its parking lot are great! That being said, we felt very safe and comfortable here. The view is amazing- the picture doesn't lie! Looking for the perfect spot to stay on Bonaire? This is it!

When we fist stayd here was in 2007 and came back since then. Bonaire is awsome and so is Playa Lechi Residence. Playa Lechi Residenceis a true beauty in Bonaire. A residence with all its benifits. Close to the town centre (5 minute walk). Some of the owners live their and some rent out. Fantastic place to stay, for holidays, short term and long term rental. Divers are welcome (rince tank on the parking lot). Just 400 feet away from Dive Friends Yellow Submarine diving shop. Near to sailing club/school. Walking distance of restaurants on both sides (north and south to town centre). We enjoy it every time we stay at Playa Lechi Residence. We take a first floor appartment (#2) to have direct access to the pool and sea and have the largest balcony. See ya' and check it out for yourself.

Pertinho do centro, e com um visual paradisíaco! É praticamente um crime estar em Bonaire e não conhecer esta praia...
