My husband and I just returned from a weekend getaway at the Hyatt. Sago is the spa on grounds and has been recently renovated. Both myself and my husband enjoyed our massages and the individual relaxation areas before and after the massage. I did not give a five only because the co-Ed area is limited to a couple of wing backs in front of decorative fireplaces. We prefer facilities that allow us to relax together in a jacuzzi or steam room or even a lounge chair.

I enjoyed a 1 hour massage from Kelly at Sago. The spa itself is very nicely laid out. It is also very quiet which is great for a relaxing massage. The mens locker area has a sauna, steam room as well as showers, etc that are available to use to anyone who books a treatment. After my massage I alternated between the steam room and the ice cold shower to help myself be relaxed and more alert at the same time. There are complimentary snacks, juice and water in the mens 'relaxation' room which was a nice touch. I left Sago feeling like a million dollars.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a long weekend and had a total of 4 spa services btw 3 people. All were EXCEPTIONAL. My head, toe, hand massage and brow wax w/ Catarina was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a spa. She was so kind and thoughtful and really added to the massage. The spa itself isn't the most luxurious, high class spot you'll ever see, but it was lovely, calming, quiet, and had a steam, sauna, shower, and nice locker room. The prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend a visit.

This was my first experience in a spa and I could not be more pleased. I was there with my mom and I felt like a princess right off the bat. The robes were soft and luxurious and I adored that they had everything from complimentary tampons to free hair brushes! The steam room was my favorite since it is infused with jasmine aroma therapy. They had snacks, drinks, and delicious fruit-infused water with different purposes (energy, relaxation, etc.). During my visit, I got my eyebrows waxed in a cozy private room by a very sweet woman who even gave me skin care advice, specific to my skin-type. The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations.

Went for some extra pampered pedicure and facial. The pedicure was average and not enough attention to detail for me, but the technician was very pleasant and so I enjoyed it well enough because of her. The facial was a light one and very relaxing, and I liked the products that were used. I would have to say that I've had better for less, but I did enjoy my visit. The little touches in decor here and there as well as the music and environment made me feel like I was in another world, which is what I was looking for.

went there for a relaxing spa visit, and Kendra the receptionist was great, the steam room was awesome, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing, just the message wasnt up to par, and didnt deliver what i was looking for. the next day i had a facial, and that was ok, but that was my first one, so really nothing to compare to.

Very nice spa with friendly, competent staff. For a facial, ask for Cheryl. Locker room clean and well stocked with fluffy towels (better than at the hotel). But, why can't they put a sign in the Women's Relaxation Room - No Talking! Great snacks and drinks while you wait for your appointment. 16% gratuity included.

My friends and I were extremely let down by out services in Sago Spa. Personally, my service was not the worst facial I've ever had but not anywhere close to the best. I've had better services for half the price. The spa was beautiful and clean, the technician was professional but there was no heart in it. If seemed very standard and lacked alot of attention. There was hardly any massage involved. My friends were equally upset with their services. Don't waste your money!!!!
