I apologize for the poor experience you had at our park. This is the first time we have heard of such an incident as yours and it brings up safety awareness for us to manage. The state law restricts under 6 year olds from using public hot tubs as they do not usually have enough body fat to keep them from overheating easily. Our management team would love to visit with you more on this issue if you are willing, since you have stated you will be back we would love the chance to assist you in a better experience.

Thank you for your comments, it saddens me that you were not satisfied with our facility. Water is noisy and we do need a warning system prior to dumping a large bucket of water on people. So those are not changeable issues. Your comment is that" it could be better", we would love to entertain your suggestions of what would make it better within the confines of the event. On the bright side we are pleased that you enjoyed the lounge as that is one of it's purposes to have a place for nonswimmers to relax also.

It is unfortunate that you were uncomforatable at the waterpark, the environment is adjusted for swim suits, wearing street clothes will make a person very warm in this environment. Your hotel was priced to include the waterpark which we have found is favorable for most of our guests. We are pleased that your children found the facilities exciting. Thank you for your comments.

I apologize if you felt that one club of children was overcrowding for you, with a line for the slides and the sharing of tubes. We hope that all children will behave well in this envirnment and it is unfortunate when they do not hit that mark. We take comments from our guest seriously and I thank you for your comments.

Thank you for your comments, while being the largest venue in Montana you are correct that we are not competition for the large city parks. We are pleased that your family had a great time and that the staff were both careful and friendly.

First, I am pleased that your stay at the Big Horn Resort was a good one and that you will be returning. Second I have passed on your comment to the management of the waterpark to address the issues you have brought up and I apologize that you felt the lifeguards were not approachable. The whistles are the only way of communication for the staff in such a large noise filled area, there are different whistles for each need, radios are out of the question due to the need to be able to get in the water with them. I hope this explains the whistle need and I assure you we will look into the attitude issues. Thank you for your comments they help us to adjust to the customers needs.

We are pleased that your family had a good time at the Reef. To answer your question there is a discount for under 48" children of $2 off a regular admission. If you are attending on a week night all admissions are discounted to the same low price. Hot tub regulations are a city/state ordinance and are beyond our control.
