My sister and I took a 2-hour private ride at Eagle's Nest. We both ride, but don't have our own horses. Emily and Drew were wonderful and informed guides, and our horses were beautiful and fit. A lot the the trails were wooded, but we cantered all clearings and hills with proper footing. It was just like the Equitrekking video you can view on their website. We had a little trouble finding it, but it was well worth it. We will definitely do this again.

My daughter and I had the best time at Big Red Stables. The surrounding area was so beautiful to ride through. On arrival, we were met by Emily and Drew who instructed us to help with brushing the horses, which we really enjoyed helping out. Then we left for our 2 hr ride through the country side. They were very thorough in instructing us on what to do and wanted to know our experience. We were slightly experienced, since it's been a while for both of us it was nice to have a refresher. We followed them through the trails and they checked on us throughout the ride to make sure we were alright. We had such a wonderful experience and Emily and Drew have a great sense of humor. We now have great memories for our first trip to Kentucky. Hopefully we'll be back real soon. I recommend this to anyone with no experience to experienced.
