cliff walk

别墅的风景其实都差不多，还不如给cliff Walk 多留一些时间。早晨去的时候还在下雨，但下午就天晴啦。天气好的时候栈道上的风景很美，陪着路边黄色的小花别有一番风味。推荐！

悬崖散步真是绝!不仅可以看到美丽的大楼,还能欣赏到大海的美景。晴天都能看到玛莎葡萄园,可以想走多慢就走多慢或者也可以慢跑,有些景点有台阶,不过顶多超不过10级。通往悬崖的小路上可以免费停车。

漫步本身很好,很令人放松(大部分:但是鉴于你的鞋子和行动能力,有一些地方可能很危险)但是观赏那些建筑却受到灌木和高墙的阻挡。可以理解,因为一些地方还是属于私人的。在海边一些蜿蜒的部分,可以看到更好的景象。

散步的时候,道路一侧是美丽的大海,另一侧是宏伟的建筑。这是一条铺设好的小路,之后有四十个台阶,然后道路走起来就变得比较费劲。沿着小路悠闲地走着,闻到空气中咸咸的味道,听着海涛声。这是来纽波特一定要做的事。

这是我在Newport观赏水的最佳方式,你能看见大海和岩石的海岸线,还有各种建筑,这里很适合散步或者慢跑。

It was a nice walk and the view was beautiful. We could not finish it because of the snow. I really enjoyed the snow around the mansions and took some nice pictures of the trees and the oqean with the snow in the background.

It's so beautiful on this trail. The sea is sparkling on one side and the mansions are on the other. No crowds this time of yr either!

You get to walk through the "backyards" of many of the wealthiest mansions as you view the beauty on both sides of the path. The details are amazing as well as the natural beauty of the cliff walk.

This walk is a must if visiting Newport! Whether you enjoy a short stroll or a nice workout, the Cliff Walk delivers!

Walk or jog along the cliffwalk. Beginning at Easton's beach, it is an easy walk on paved paths with some stairs. As you get past Narragansett st, it becomes more challenging with dirt paths and rocky shoreline. There is no loop, so plan accordingly.

A Great and tiring hike in RI. It was a little tough hiking over all the rocks and it was a misty day. But well worth it for the amazing views and mansions.

First of all I am a long time (22 yrs.) resident of Beautiful Newport. Clif Walk is one of the most visited attraction here. The 3.5 mile walk accommodates over 1/4 of a million people each year. The panoramic views are endless with the ocean on one side and the guilded age mansions on the other. Tourist and local joggers both enjoy this awesome resource. A stay in Newport is not complete without a visit. Remember to wear your sneakers and bring your water bottle and don't forget your camera. Enjoy the AAA+++ views. Best Regards, Dennis

Most folks only know the first half-mile or so, from 1st beach southward to Salve Regina. The locals know that the Cliff Walk continues for another few miles along some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. Great views of Newport's mansions too. Expect to spend two hours at a brisk walk, or have a friend pick you up at the other end. It's very rugged - good hiking boots or cross-trainer shoes are a must. Bring water with you on hot days too.

We didn't have chance to take the Cliff Walk this trip but we have in the past. It's a wonderful way to view the mansions and get in a good walk as well. In better weather we'll go back and do it again.
