winslow memorial park camping and public beach

It is so nice to have a green space with lots of lawn, yet a sandy beach that all can enjoy. Not spectacular but everything yu would want for a family outing.

It was cold but very lovely buried under snow. If you have only seen it in Summer you are missing out.

Such a beautiful park with a beautiful view, a great playground, clean bathroom facilities, picnic tables, covered areas for functions and a place for campers. There's a cover charge of $3/person when entering. I don't know if the fees are different for campers and if they are staying over night.
