I piggy-backed on a print exchange groups tour of this shop and was so impressed with the range of fabrics and quilting accessories available. If quilting is your thing and you're in town, don't miss this gem.

Small shop with on street parking. May be difficult to find a parking space depending on the time of day. Classroom upstairs- stairs to climb lugging a machine .

Fabric art by Beth Donovan is beautiful and she has lots of great fabrics if you are a quilter. She and Nancy, her assistant are incredibly helpful in recommending patterns and approaches both for traditional designs and modern quilts. I don't make a trip to the area without stopping in to see the beautiful completed quilts (which belong in a museum) as well as her stunning fabrics which range from Australian aboriginal prints to batiks and Civil War calicos. Beth has a spacious upstairs classroom and over the summer I hope to take at least one class. Stop by to see these friendly artists and the beauty within. The carousel is just across the street!
