I went in to get my hair colored, thinking I wanted to try something fun but not knowing exactly what that would be. My stylist, Mary, was open to listening to some ideas I had and was very honest about what each option would require and the potential damage it could do to my hair. I appreciated her honesty because a lot of stylists wouldn't be so upfront, they would just "yes" you.Mary was so friendly, chatting with me during the almost two hour process, and taking great care to give me a wonderful result.In the end I was thrilled with the way the colors turned out and I decided immediately that when I wanted to do anything with my hair in the future I would be visiting Spa Studio to have it done. I also want to add that Mary's pricing was extremely fair, especially considering all the time and labor she put into the service for me.Spa Studio offers much more than hair cuts and coloring and because of the wonderful experience I had, I find myself wanting to try out some of their other options as well!

The staff make this the best spa around. All of the staff truly care about your well being and work their hardest to make your visit perfect.

Our wedding was Sept 14th and we traveled 3 hours and didn't know much about the area. We were recommended to The Spa Studio and Salon... AND I'M SOOO GLAD WE DID!! The spa studio team was much much more then we could of ever asked for! We arrived early morning day of the wedding the girls set us up in our own room to get our dresses on. We all got our hair, make up done and the flower girls got mini manicures and pedicures and treated them with "fairy dust" Pampered by Ericas amazing massages! Sharon was sure to keep us on time without me having to worry! Everything was so STRESS FREE!! Even taking photos at the salon Sharon was a HUGE help with making sure my dress was perfect everytime! I could never thank the team enough for the wonderful experience that we'll remember forever! I Highly recommend

We were in the Lake George area celebrating my birthday. My daughters did some research and chose to come here based on the reviews. The entire staff made us feel so welcome. Heather did my manicure and pedicure, and what a great job she did. My manicure usually lasts a few days before it starts chipping, but this manicure lasted 2 weeks. And what fun it was to chat with Heather, she is such an interesting person. And then I had the most amazing massage. Thank you so much to Erica! You got out all of the kinks from this creaky body and made me feel oh so relaxed. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

My mother and I wanted to have a spa day close to camp and after doing some online searches and reading the reviews, I have to say we were very pleased. Sharon, Nicole and the whole spa staff were very welcoming and did an excellent job. We started the day with mini facials, which were great, didn't try to sell us any of the expensive products and we finished with pedicures and mom had a shampoo/blowdry. A week after the spa day, we are still talking about how we got such a great start to the day and how we want to go back. Thanks again.

After much travel and lots of stress I was looking for a massage to relax me and address some trigger points in my shoulders. Those that know me know that I'm particular in pretty much anything I do. Stephanie was amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone. The spa was relaxing, well decorated, and just how I like it. I will be returning here anytime I'm in town.

My family and I have enjoyed our experiences at the Spa Studio for several years.Between us we have had men's and womens' haircuts, hair coloring, straightening, style changes, hand and body massages, mani- and pedicures and facials.Sharon and her entire staff were amazing each time. In their new facility on Western Avenue they have created a haven for relaxation and becomingrejuvenated. I have heard from friends that their Reiki work is a gift from heaven.

I contacted Erica at The Spa Studio and Salon during my deployment to Afghanistan. I wanted to have a day to relax and unwind and, as I call it, "de-Afghan" myself. I couldn't have picked a better spot. I treated myself to a body scrub, one-hour facial, pedicure and manicure and a cut and style. The staff was wonderful--they knew the products they were using, they knew how to help my skin feel replenished and moisturized, they indulged me for the whole day. And not only that, they taught me what I should be doing to protect my skin and hair while in this harsh environment. Not only were the services amazing, but the price really couldn't be beat. Their new location on South Western Ave. is beautifully furnished and warm and welcoming. I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff—Erica and Sharon especially for going out of their way and making it by far the best spa experience I’ve had. Keep up the fantastic work and I look forward to my next visit!

My recent experience at the Spa Studio was definitely worthy of 5 stars! My three bridesmaids and I went to the studio for manicures and pedicures the day before my wedding. Sharon and all the ladies could not have been more friendly and welcoming! We were running a few minutes late and called ahead to tell them, and they were very understanding. They did a wonderful job of finishing all of our manis/pedis during the originally scheduled timeframe so we could leave and make it to the wedding rehearsal on time. Everyone made us feel completely comfortable and pampered, and we were all very pleased with our nails! I would absolutely recommend going to the Spa Studio to get your nails done. I am so thankful we chose them for our wedding nails! The week leading up to a wedding can be very stressful and busy, and my couple hours at the Spa Studio was the most relaxed I had felt all week. Thank you so much to everyone at the studio for a great experience!!

I can not put in to words how amazing my experience was at the Spa Studio. The staff, massage, manicure, pedicure and the atmosphere made my, and a group of friends, experience incredible. The staff was professional and fun making us feel at home. The atmosphere and decor made us so relaxed we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. The massage that I had was comparable to none other. Thank you to the staff at the Spa Studio! I have been telling everyone about the Spa Studio and would recommend everyone to go there and can not wait to visit again myself.

Remember the name - Jina Smith (massage therapist). I can't even find the words which can describe how incredible were Jina's hands. I've had massages of so many different types in so many countries - Jina is taking one of the top lines now. $50 for 45-min GOOD upper back massage, how do u like it?

My fiance and I went on a romantic weekend away for our anniversary last weekend. We made stops in both Lake George and Saratoga, and I was hoping to surprise him with a massage, as he's been wanting one for awhile. I did it kind of last minute, so I wasn't able to find a place in either LG or Saratoga, so I looked for a place on the way, and that's when I found reviews for Spa Studio. I was able to make our appointments online, which I love, and it was a great experience! We had a little trouble finding the place, as we aren't from the area, but once we found it, it was very easy to navigate. There was a wedding party getting their hair and makeup done at the time, so it was a little busy in there, but as a future bride myself, I had no objections ;) We filled out a short medical history questionnaire and then were each taken to our separate rooms.Erica did a great job on my massage. She really payed attention to my asking her to focus on my neck and back, as I hold a lot of stress and tension there. The 45 minutes went by way too fast. A con was the noise. I was able to still get in the massage zone and relax, but I could definitely hear people talking, laughing, and moving things around. Again, they mentioned in advance that it was crowded from the wedding party, so it didn't really bother me much.My fiance also had a great experience with his masseuse. She really targeted his back tension and he felt very relaxed when we left. Overall, I would highly recommend Spa Studio...very professional people and a fun environment!

I can't say enough about The Spa Studio!! The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was amazing! Overall just a great experience!!! If you are looking for a great spa this is the place to go!!

I visit this business a few times per year, maybe 6-7 times per year. I've had...my hair trimmed, had hair done for "occasions", massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere of the actual Spa is unique, eccentric, with a very upbeat vibe, and makes something as routine as haircut seem special. I've noticed that everyone who works there makes a real effort (or maybe it comes naturally to them) to make me feel comfortable (which happens spontaneously with the ambience anyway). Every person there has given me advice that takes into consideration that they appreciate my patronage, but allows me to incorporate non-spa studio treatments into my life to supplement whatever treatment I'm receiving (massage therapist recommended use of tennis balls against a wall to rub out the kinks in shoulders between massages, the facialist told me the benefits of the spa products for sale but took into consideration my financial situation and recommended the next best thing I could buy at a drug store as well as general education about skin, the hairstylist recommended products that would support and extend my stubborn use of do-it-myself coloring). Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place that is really committed to treating and educating

My friends and I had a Pajama Party at a hotel up in Lake George late last year and engaged the services of the Spa Studios as part of our weekend of fun. Sharon and Erica and the other staff they brought to our party were superb!!! We had a group of 40 wild and crazy girls who enjoyed all the services provided. It made the weekend for some of the girls who wanted the luxury of being pampered. Spa Studios is the BEST!!!
