I have to say that I think it is a shame that people only take the time to write something negative! We had an AMAZING time on a Vineyard Tour from LI Vineyard Tours that Julie, the Office Manager organized for us. I wasn't involved in booking it, but I was a guest. My cousin's Maid of Honor booked it for her bachelorette party and she said that Julie was great! She organized everything for us. The MOH is from Staten Island and wasn't familiar with any of the vineyards and Julie helped her pick out the perfect ones for the bride.The Limo and driver were great! We ordered that lunch through them; everyone had a blast. I will DEFINATELY be organizing my own Long Island Vineyard Tour when the weather gets better! I highly recommend them!

Winery Tour1. The driver did not keep on schedule at all. We had to pick up a guest out east and he was 40 mins late. The first winery he was late picking us up, we had to call him to get us at the second one and the third we went looking for him. Where we found him was a whole other level of wrong, but I will explain that later.2. The driver (Bernardo) brought a lady friend who sat in front with him, which was strange enough, but it got even stranger towards the end.3. The limo was not in the greatest of shape. Definitely outdated. Some of the buttons didn't work or work properly and any radio stations barely came in.4. As I stated earlier, the driver brought a much-younger lady friend (we thought it could possibly be his daughter) with him on the ride. We all thought it was strange, but figured it wasn't a big deal if it didn't affect us. Problem is, it did. When it was time to head home, we had to go find him (he should have been watching the time himself, but ok, no big deal.) We were about to call him when we noticed there were some people in the back of the limo--getting dressed. It was him and his friend. She quickly got out on the other side and into the front seat, hair messed. We were all outraged and disgusted. Some of us left our things and a bottle of our own liquor in there! Besides the fact that such behavior in gross and uncalled for!!5. When we got dropped off, he asked for a tip in addition to the payment for the tour! Then when the leader of the group reconsidered, he refused her money and got nasty with her. He THREATENED her by saying he was going to charge her credit card on file with the company.6. We have let the place know and are awaiting some form of condolences, but have not heard back from the female manager since the initial complaint. We were told this man was FIRED, but I doubt it.Though we did not have as big of problems as the other group's that wrote here, what this company allowed to happen was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. For how much money you spend, service should be held to a higher standard. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!!

This is a great way to see 3 vineyards of your choice via Limo service. Lunch was included and a great driver. We used JK at Metro limo in Freeport and he was great and very organized with our time and lunch. I would do it again. Perfect for bachlorette party day!

A group of friends including myself and my husband decided to take a much anticipated relaxing day trip away from our young children. We mistakenly booked through LI Vineyard Tours and Metro LImousine. First, the limo arrived at a different location than the agreed upon location (although we figured this out quickly). Before leaving we noticed that the A/C in our 14 person limo wasn't working but the driver put up his sound proof divide and refused to lower it to answer us when we asked why it wasn't cooling off! He even ignored us knocking for the first few minutes! When he finally lowered his divider he said there was nothing he could do about it and we should try calling the limo service ourselves. Mind you, it was a 90 degree day! When we finally reached our first vineyard (A VERY uncomfortable 1 hr drive in a HOT vehicle) the driver insisted on being paid in full up front but essentially refused to even park the limo in the shade for us. We offered to pay for him to take the car to a mechanic but again he refused saying that "we were ruining HIS day". We were told by the company (a dispatcher named Mike) that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything to help us. Please read on because the story gets worse. Since we had all hired sitters and were really looking forward to this trip we decided to make the best of it. After the third vineyard (and absolutely no apology for the broked A/C or any attempt to fix it) we headed out to the car to get home to our babysitter's and kids. We were at the final vineyard for about 2 hours and at this point it was 5pm on sunday and the vineyard was pretty empty-- a storm was also rolling in. The driver looks up from his seat at the cigar bar and laughs. We ask why he is laughing and he says "go have another drink the car has a flat tire". The limo's tire was COMPLETELY flat and had a blown out wall. When we asked our driver what the plan was he said "I have no idea. I have no spare and there is no mechanic." We called the company and they said they had no other vehicles and didn't know what they could do to help us (mind you we are 14 people on the North Fork of LI over an hour from home). The driver arranged for his OWN ride home in a pick up truck. At this point we called another limo service who sent a car right our for us (incidentally for a much lower price). The company then agreed only to reimburse us for the ride home and for our lunches and was VERY unapologetic about the experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are unprofessional, rude and not service oriented. This is a luxury service industry. This company was terrible. There are many other choices in limo service and wine tours and this review alone should prompt you to use another service.

Is is a bus that they dress up for the occasion and it takes you to three wineries and a local farm stand. We were lucky to get a groupon and we paid two for one. Great way to go tour the vineyards with no drunk driving summons. Let them drive you. Bus meets at Tanger Mall 2, Riverhead at Office Max's front door.

Such a GREAT day with my friends.. Wine was delishious, limo was beautiful and our driver, Joseph was sooooo much fun. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Awful experience! Our bus arrived on time and that was the highlight of the trip. First the AC was not working and then 40 mins into our trip we noticed some smoke filtering into our bus. We warned the driver of the situation and he pulled over to open up the emergency exits on the ceiling to "let the air out". we continued driving and noticed the smoke started getting worse and now we had a burning smell as well. AT this point a driver pulled up next to us and told us that we were on fire and that there were flames coming out of the back of the bus! After my cousin who is a firefighter put out the fire, the driver and the company told us it was safe to get back on despite the police saying it wasn't. They said the only thing they could do was send another bus and it would take 2 HOURS!!!!!!!! We had to wait on the side of the LIE service road in the heat until they came back with another bus, again with no AC. They did not offer to send cabs or cars from another company, nor did they offer any sort of monetary reimbursement for the lost two hours of our trip. Not only that, but we paid for tastings at four wineries and only made it to two. After fighting with the dispatcher for HOURS they only gave us $25 a person back.While I understand there are situations beyond their control, the customer service they provided in response to this breakdown was not sufficient. We were willing to work with them to find alternate means of transportation but they would not budge. I could not believe they wanted 24 girls, one being pregnant, to get back on a charred bus, even after the police said it was not a good idea, just to save a few bucks. Not only did they not come through with the service they said they were going to provide, but they were willing to put our lives in danger. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
