peek'n peak ski area

I visited Peek n Peak on Saturday March 7, 2015. Upon receiving my rental skis there were no matching poles left which is pathetic for a 56 dollar lift ticket and 30 dollar ski rental. Gentleman working at the bag jump ticket booth was incredible rude when I asked for a refund after the bag jump was closed at 9:30 and I was not able to use it, (website clearly states open until 10:00 p.m. on weekends). When I told him I wanted a refund he threw a temper tantrum like a child, he should clearly not be working with the public and would not last a day working for me. Was interviewed for 25 minutes by management and still did not receive a refund of 15 dollars. They obviously do not care if guests return in the future and I hope they get properly trained on how to run a business. This ski resort is overpriced and their business ethics are highly questionable. Drive an extra two and a half hours to 7 Springs for exponetially better quality at about the same price.

I have been going to the Peak for nearly two decades, and it's a great hill to learn on. Lodge is well done, just small enough to be quaint, large enough to be really nice. This has been my go-to resort as my son is in his 4th year of lessons. Close enough to Ohio for a quick day trip. Great staff and decent slopes, the vertical is nothing to get excited about but never too crowded and priced reasonably for what you get.

The Inn was great. Check in was easy and the package we had purchased was explained to us in great detail. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and available on arrival. The only exception to this great stay was the restaurant at the Retreat. The waitress made it seem like we were bothersome and seemed annoyed that we only wanted a hot beverage after tubing, even though the temp was -6. The table was dirty and when I asked to have it wiped off she only wiped off half, leaving the other side dirty. Other than this one thing the stay was great. They have a great pool and hot tub complex.

This is the third year that we have enjoyed a midweek stay at The Inn at Peak N Peak. The staff is friendly, the room clean and pleasant. The refrigerator and microwave are handy. And midweek, the slopes are not crowded.

Perfect Venue for a gathering for beginners and their Grammy and Poppa and of course Mommy and Daddy.

Peek n' Peak is a great family ski spot. Nice variety of hills that are not too intimidating for the kids.

nice place, great staff, but it was so cold we couldn't ski both days. Hope to come back when we can ski every day.

Excellent weekend and as always - lots of fun! Many things to do with kids/teens and great for adults too!

Accomodations and activities were very good. Little disappointed in not being able to obtain appointments for SPA services (all booked up). Cold weekend....brrrrrrr...

Perfect place for a family - stayed at the lodge and love that our family of 6 can stay together in one room. Good package prices, just somewhat confusing. Plenty to do for kids with tubing and pool and retreat is great for an afternoon cocktail apres ski for adults...pub in the lodge is fun too..live music and friendly atmosphere

Peek'n Peak is overall a great place to stay with great food and so many things to do in a relaxed atmosphere.

All four of us had a wonderful time skiing and snowboarding. The employees were pleasant and very hospitable.

Peek-n-Peak has been our friends and families favorite place to ski for years! The trails are always groomed perfectly! We've stayed at the hotel and rented a few houses and every time we've had a pleasant experience! Great accommodations! Very clean, fair prices, and good food! Highly recommend the Peek for 1st time skiier's too! Our kids learned to ski during one lesson. Friendly and professional instructors!

The ski package offers a great value for family skiing. There is plenty of skiing and nice terrain parks for the adventurous in your group. The food areas have nice variety and eating areas for your picnic basket. also the pool and hot tub area great.

1st time skiing for 4 kids and mom and everyone had a blast! great instructors, great staff, great facilities!
