The tour leader is very excited lol but she exudes her passion for the history of Molly Brown and it manifests itself through the tour. We don't know enough about Molly Brown due to the inaccurate info throughout media. The home is gorgeous and gives you a great taste of late Victorian early 20th century life and culture. I highly recommend it.

Molly Brown was a fascinating lady and this house does a good job of bringing her to life. The guide was really good, although the tour was somewhat disrupted by workmen upstairs. A very good social history piece

The house is very well maintained and the reasonably priced, 45-minute tour is thorough. Our guide was very knowledgable, friendly, and willing to field my many questions. Watching the 20-minute video on the life of Margaret Brown (in the carriage house) gave a nice context to the tour, so I recommend doing that first. My only disappointment was that the gift shop largely focused on the Titanic and Margaret's fashion, almost to the exclusion of her real achievements as a suffragette and woman of conscience. I was hoping to buy the kiddos something educational and that exemplified the issues Margaret felt strongly about: women's and workers' rights, education and literacy for all children, historic preservation, etc. There is no elevator and many stairs in the house.

Tours are reasonably priced crowded. We enjoyed hearing about Molly Brown and touring the house. Good place for lunch and espresso next door.

Our guide was a bit crusty, but gave us a great history of the house and Margaret Brown. You get the impression the guides get tired of the comparisons between the real history and the play/movie. A good amount of the furnishings are not original to the house, however were taken from a nearby home built by the same architect. The story of Margaret Brown is quite remarkable. Her history as a Titanic survivor and activist was intertwined throughout the tour. Only takes about an hour and is well worth the visit.

An authentic home of a well known colorado citizen. Perhaps more importantly it is a view into world of fine woods, tapestries and craftsmanship. Just the porch is worth the trip..

I've lived here 15 years and it took visitors from out of town to get me to come here. Glad I did. Our guide gave us a great history lesson on the family and the area. She pointed out what was original and not original in the house and what was and wasn't a Brown possession. Of particular interest was the character of Margaret Brown. Quite an interesting individual and our guide did a great job of telling us about her. Well worth the price of admission.

Visiting The Molly Brown House was one of the top things on my "to do" list when I visited Denver for the first time in February. I was not disappointed. Already knowing quite well the history of The Titanic most likely made it even more interesting. Actually it was fascinating. The Friday tour guide's name is Pam and she is very knowledgeable and excellent in her delivery of the information. She really was able to help bring the history of the house to life. She is very passionate about her volunteer work. Ask her any question and she knows the answer in detail. I almost didn't want the tour to end. Don't miss out. Things to remember: do not take pictures inside the house and do not touch anything while inside the house. There is a small gift shop on site and also a washroom.

The tour guide was rude, humorless, dry, and knew almost nothing about the house despite her constant bragging about how long she's worked there. It was small and dull and a waste of an afternoon. Whatever you do, don't ask about the fascinating ghost stories. That just leads to a snarky and seemingly eternal lecture about how 'that's not the point' of the house or the tour.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Was a very cold day, but they handled everyone very well. Information was good.

I took two children to the Halloween Tea that followed a tour of the Victorian house. During the tour, the children learned a few things about Halloween customs and also about old houses. They enjoyed cup after cup of tea along with tiny sandwiches and desserts. One child who didn't want to go beforehand, begged to go again next year. The tea room should be more elegant. It looks like the attic nursery converted to a room with table and chairs.

I absolutely love history/old homes and was really excited to finally make a visit to the Molly Brown House. The home is wonderfully preserved with period furniture and so much history about it's owner to make it an authentic experience. The tour guide was exceptional, informative and patient with our group and our questions. Highly recommend for those curious and want to learn more about one of the most stately and beautifully preserved homes in Denver.

This place is a great piece of history in Denver, CO. Friendly staff and affordable. Great for adults and school aged kids. Well maintained home. An hour of time at most.

Having been in the musical "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" in High School, decided to make this a must do! Wandering through the gift shop, I struck up a conversation with one of the tour guides named Sandy She was awesome! We chatted a bit about the "REAL" Molly Brown vs how she was portrayed in the stage and TV versions of her life. Next thing I know, she was offering to "sneak me in the back door" for a quick tour of the place If you're interested in old Victorian homes and period furnishings, I'd highly recommend this tour

This is a nice way to pass an hour or so. The guide was great - very enthusiastic yet didn't overload us with information. It's not a huge house, so not much exploring to do but it's a pleasant way to spend some time.
