Been going here since I was a child. I still love it to this day. It's fun with a big group of friends.
I really enjoyed my visit to canobie lake park, the waterpark and all the rollercoasters are really fun and exciting, no complaints whatsoever
I have been here several times, including an 8th grade graduation trip. Always fond memories and a good time for kids. It is convenient since it is close to where we live.
This is a great little amusement park. There are rides for people of all ages and I've never been on a day that was especially crowded. My husband's company holds their summer outing here every year. They provide a decent spread that's all you can eat for the outings. It's not Six Flags but they have some pretty exciting rides!
Been here many times, with young children, teens, and as a couple only. Great memories were made each time.
I've been to this amusement park many times and every time; I always have fun. The rides are very extreme, and amazing which makes me scream my lungs off. I am very pleased with this park, and will be returning next summer. Thanks Canobie for giving us an amazing park :)xoxoxo
We have been going to Canobie my whole life.. free parking but the tix are a little pricey. We usually make a whole day/night of it. We pack a lunch in a cooler, leave it in the car and make plans to meet up there for a break/lunch and again at dinner time, it saves a lot of money. Rides for all ages..once you go it will become a tradition for your family also.
we have been going here for many years..my husband and I went as children and have brought our kids here also. always a very fun filled day.. we do bring a cooler we leave in the car to have lunch as we would rather have more money to play with. food in the gate is very expensive. we have also attended company functions here ..again always fun .memories last a life time
Canobie has an exciting and old/new feel to it. Some of the classic rides are there from when I was a kid, like the old fashioned cars & the super lame (but fun) haunted mine car. There are plenty of new rides and areas as well. I've always found it to be updated and clean, and I've never had issues with the staff. The area that really shines for me is the kiddie ride area. It's a decent sized space and there are LOTS of rides packed in for toddlers/preschool age. Boat rides, plane rides, horse rides, you name it. My 3 year old went on every single ride in that area and was just going crazy about each one. I think we must have spent at least an hour in there, and the lines for those rides tend to be very short, or no line at all. Towards the back end of the park they have a fun dragon roller coaster that my toddler could go on, as well as adults. He loved it but the line is usually long for that one. They have a new water park area which seems nice but I haven't personally spent much time there. You NEED a bathing suit to go into the water play area, if not, then you can pop in and check it out but that's it. There is a limit to how many people can be in there at once so at times there is a long line. Overall it looks like it'd be great fun, in my opinion. It's just hard to plan a day of water play and also rides, i like to do one or the other for the day. Canobie is a lot of fun, but get there early- you'll be able to do more rides that way, when lines are shortest. Canobie IS a bit pricey- or a lot pricey... But here's a tip: if you go on Mother's Day or Father's Day, mothers (or fathers, depending on what holiday you pick) get in free with a paying child. So you'd pay for your kids and your spouce, it definitely helps on the cost. And you get a free lunch voucher! We do that for Mother's Day every year. We live in the area and drive by canobie every single day and each time my son asks the saaaame question: "is canobie open? Can we go back?" So I give it 5 stars. There IS a lot to do!
My parents brought my kids here when they were little, and now I do the same with our grandkids. For several years, we have made this an annual excursion, and they look forward to it every year. It's a bit pricy, and the food is outrageously priced, but the memories last all year, until it's time for our next annual event.Canobie is in the town I live in now, but my review would be the same whether or not it was close to home, and we would still go every year if it was within a reasonable driving distance.Go for the whole day … you still won't be able to do everything in a day!
We took our kids here many times when they were small. Our kids are adults now and they take their kids while they remember their own experience and fun they had here. I would recommend this to all want fun and thrills!
I can't count on fingers and toes how many times my family and I have visited this park. It had never gotten dull & every visit has its leaving with good memories :)
Canobie lake park is the perfect summer activity. Not only is it set in a beautiful park with plenty of shade, there is plenty to do.Well we have been going to Canobie Lake since we were kids and while a little bit of the park has changed, a lot is still pretty much the same with the old rides. If it weren't for the newer rides, I think the park would have died out along time ago like most of the other parks within the state. We used to go here with my mother company for their yearly outing and we all had a blast...even though we only stayed for a few hours. Our lunch was catered by the park, food was very good, and there was actually ice at the soda machines this time. Our favorite ride is still the Corkscrew and Zero Gravity, we all also enjoyed Castaway Island the best, what's better than a water park inside an amusement park? Great Amusement park, cheaper than going to the other big parks in mass, and easy to get too right off exit-2-or-3- 93-north/south in nh. Make sure you bring cash.
Easy to get to, free parking, reasonable entry fee and a very clean park with modern rides and all time favorites. I always love coming here
It is fun and has great rides food expensive but you can leave and come back to eat outside the park
