Absolutely loved the Freedom Fest State Fair. Stayed from noon until 9:30 pm. Great fun. Enough rides for the kids, great vendors (not pricey), amazing food choices (again, not pricey). Loved watching the pig races, cutest thing I ever saw. My friend joined the pie eating contest and i had some of the best laughs ever. While I was there I got to meet the lovely folks of the show Lizard Lick Towing. Everyone at the fair was very nice and the crowd was nice. There were real bathrooms that were clean inside as well. Live music. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to go back next year.

Can't wait to go to the Fair in 2014! Where can you see such legendary bands for so cheap! The food was great- fun safe environment reithoffer shows had over 30 rides and tons of great games. The vendors had some great products. We missed the horse shows but were impressed with the petting farm and camel rides. We will be back again.

To start off, you would pay $10.00 each and $5.00 for parking which would already set you back for at least $25.00. There is no 4H club, no cows, no competition of any sort. They have the food stands and the food that you like. They have live bands but from one band to another the waiting time is about 3 hours. There are kiddy rides and that's all. This should not be called a fair, it should be called a county fair. It is way too much for entrance fees and not much to offer. I got a coupon from Groupon for $12.00 for parking and admission. I would have been mad if I had to pay $25.00. It was not worth the price, but they kept coming, not much there, would not do this again.
