sunland peanut factory tour

I've always enjoyed "behind the scenes" factory tours, and this is no exception. Free tours are offered twice daily, with additional tours possible for large groups. The tour guide had just finished a tour for a large tour bus group, but did a great job of giving me an individual tour afterward. The plant was at full capacity when I toured, so I was able to see the entire operation. I've never seen so much peanut butter in one place. The tour might not be as interesting if the plant were not fully operational, so call ahead. The tour ended at the gift shop, where free samples are given out.
